Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Phoenix

I love dutchbros so so much but this place is incredibly slow the people are nice but the line doesn’t move, this is the closest dutch to me and I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes to go to a different one because I know my drink would be done faster. There is no reason why we should be in line for over 20 minutes. I understand that it gets busy but when there are only 5 cars why would someone wait 20+ minutes when I can go to the Starbucks down the street and get my drink...

I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for three drinkks!! This is ridiculous not first time happening this has happened Multiple times that i don’t even wanna go there anymore save yourself the time and find another coffee place no and the cup was leaking and when we asked to replace it they literally poured the drink that has soft top in another cup and everything got mixed so yeah...

Warning: this is the busiest stand in AZ. DB HQ refuses to build relief stand for it. This stand lacks proper management with poor operations and efficiency.
