I came in because this is a Med Spa. Medical Spa. I have a condition that I came to get professional help with and while an MD supposedly owns it he or she is not a dermatologist, and seemingly available to meet. I met with someone who couldn’t help me if she wanted to because she did lasers and, well, for my potential condition she doesn’t do that. I could set another appointment and talk to someone who also is not medically trained to give me advice on how to fix a problem that has not been properly diagnosed. I don’t know why they would make me sit through an appointment where the person had no reasonable way to help me and then be told I can set another appointment with someone who also can only guess what I may need, ie let me sell you something, maybe in the hundreds of dollars, I have no real way of knowing will help. I came here for professional help by someone who is trained to identify and recommend treatment.. There are non medical spas everywhere that are just as capable and qualified as just about anyone here you are likely to talk to. I did not go to these non meds spas because I wanted qualified professional help by someone who is trained beyond a basic certificate of completion. For me this was a such a giant waist of time. If you need real professional advice this is not your place. There are dozens of nicer places with, in my opinion, better service and have employees who passed their particular certification to do whatever it is they do to give you certificate level advice. Again if you need basic then this is your place. Other than a Dr owning this I have no idea what makes this a med spa. But one major bonus is if you are terrified of covid these people are super quick to let you know when you step over the covid boundary. For many of you this is a big selling point. I found it annoying. But these are just my thoughts and opinions.
RE Owners response.
1 Lol, if you took time to be at your place of business maybe you could get your facts straight. I didn’t ask to be seen that day. I just wanted to set an appointment.
I never took my mask off. Not even one time. Again, if you cared about your customers you might have been there to see what happened
I said your covid guidelines are a selling point to some, just not me.
Sorry I hurt your feelings but this was an honest review. There are plenty of med spas, Phoenix Med Spa, Delete, skin science, so on and so forth where they offer great professional help from owners who care to show up.
You were not there and have no idea what happened. You are just offended, hurt, whatever because I am calling your business for what it is. I came hoping to get professional help. Not only did I not get professional help I got a crybaby response from someone who didn’t even care enough to be there. Your response is a mirror image of what I’m talking about. You are unprofessional. So keep your bucket of tears and I’ll just keep my post. Because as you can see I can edit these. And like your availability to your customers you don’t care to reach out and find out what happened. Because employees always tell the...
Read moreI went to lighten up laser for a YEAR for 4 small inch long flowers on my shoulder. They were done by a bad tattoo artist so they were already faded in some spots and completely missing on others. I didn’t want the tattoo removed, just faded enough for a cover up. After an ENTIRE YEAR of laser removal services every 6 weeks as directed I noticed NO fading whatsoever. I wish I would’ve complained and got the $1,000 dollars I spent refunded. I also purchased their Groupon at the time that was 3 laser treatments for the price of one which they didn’t honor because I purchased two?! It doesn’t mention that anywhere on the Groupon. I informed my laser tech I had a wedding in March of 2019 and had started my laser services in Jan of 2018 I finished my last service in feb of 2019 and my tattoo was not removed in time for my wedding as promised. You cannot guarantee when a tattoo will be removed but I was predicted 3-5 treatments which was...

Update, 09-09-2024 Its been a year since my initial review.
As a trans person I can say this is an amazing accepting place. Nerodivergent people and all the LGBTQ+ are welcome. Great place for tatoo removal, skin treatment, or laser hair removal.
Staff are always up on safety, and best techniques and methods. Very professional.
