You would think a new restaurant/Taco Shop that just opened would take longer than 2 months to go downhill, this one didn't waste any time. I've been there a handful of times, each time ordering something different because they never get my order right (charging me extra for something and not even adding what they're charging me for) but I kept giving it a chance and today after ordering something you would think cannot be made wrong, a bean and cheese burrito with sour cream which was $1.20 extra for sour cream, they didn't put any sour cream in my burrito but of course like always I was charged for it. Also, shrimp burrito looked good on their online menu but when I tried one, all they put was shrimp and rice, no cabbage, no sauce, no Pico, nothing close to what they advertise. They do this every time I go there. I don't mind paying their prices if the food is at least made right and if you're not going to then don't charge people. I'm sure that's a form of stealing to most people. To be fair, their rolled tacos are good, but I haven't had anything else there that was. Rice is way salty, beans are decent red sauce isn't fresh (tastes like it's been in the fridge for a week), the 1st time I went it was all really good, not sure what the hell happened. When I finally went in to bring my situation up to a manager I got nothing, just stares from the cooks window, manager doesn't care I guess and has the nice pretty girls at the front counter handle it, which is the only reason why they get a star from me, those girls are not only nice to look at but they have excellent customer service, apologized for the situation, they always repeat orders back and seem to be the only ones that care there. I feel bad for the owner that spent their money to open this location because their cooks are ruining it for them already after just opening. We won't be going there anymore....

She then said OKAY that's fine whanever you are back in the area call I head of time and I would replace your quesadilla. Read moreThis establishment's standards is subpar at best I won't lie the food is great and prepared properly as should any food establishment, but anything else customer service related is little to none at best, the "sauce" they hand out is limited to green or red when the particular establishment in question usually has a assortment of sauces and sides to choose from, but that station which usually holds said condiments is completely empty and has been for a extended period of time, on top of all that the soda station which is always available at any other establishment is "out of service" and has been for extended period of time so you HAVE to choose at checkout, next the employees never greet any customers while entering, or even while ordering, even if a greeting isn't a standard or a requirement for this place, the employees customer service is bland, Finally the overall look of the place is displeasing especially with the empty station in the dining room and dim menu boards.
