Taco Bell — Restaurant in Phoenix

I bought 2 chalupa craving boxes & an order of small supreme nachos. I was nearly taking a bite of the chalupa when I noticed I was chewing on a hair!!! Immediately I threw out the food and our family stopped eating I understand we are all going through difficult times right now but on our end every dollar spent is to be considered and do not expect an outcome as this. I called in and they stated they could only replace the chalupa or refund me if I were to return the food intact which would be impossible since I was the last one to start eating. When I tried explaining this was my first experience and that there was no way on earth I would make this up I was cut off and told: I am not sayin’ you are making this up”. In all honesty I would not feel comfortable eating here again and we just couldn’t finish our food it’s pretty messed up since everyone is struggling to buy things. Honestly accidents happen and it is normal we are only human however I would a appreciated a full refund of my food but obviously the order was for 3 and not all 3 ate at the same time, and did not feel safe eating. Disappointed not once but twice coming to this Taco Bell. Ordered and waited in line just for me to get to the window and literally see the guy laugh as he hands the girl at the drive thru our order. Something seemed off since they literally stared right at me and also because I had gone a week ago and that time they forgot 2 of our items. I get home just to find out they didn't give us some of our items and to top it off I had chosen to add onion to my food and it was literally inedible. Im not even lying when I say my one single taco had a whole onion like I enjoy a bit of onion but my god Im not eating onions for a while. On Friday the 25th of October I looked at the ants on my phone for Taco Bell it shows $5 double to looper so I go to the closest Taco Bell to me I order it and as U dark I find our Taco Bell it came to 549 with taxes almost $6 when I went back and confront him about the add they told me to bed that's our price in the add nowhere did I see on my phone their prices vary by location the manager at death's door get really care about you the corporate office guy talk to it he didn't care about you they pressed her servers all around at the Taco Bell and 75th Avenue near West McDowell road don't care for the customers so that is the last time that over using Taco Bell myself maybe some riaz my family or neighbors will use it but I'm done very very poor customer service all around...
