I had a unprofessional experience. As we walked in. Will was helping the drive thru and he called a young girl for help. Not only did my family of 3 arrived, but another lady was first..Will called Kareen and she was like what. He asked her to help the customers and she shrugged her arms like what ever I'm doing something. We hear her back there laughing. The cook's were like are you gonna go help. Even the cooks looked imberassed by her. We patiently waited as Will was very polite, professional and apologized . I did ask for the girls name and I also got The guy name which was Will.

I will also say it was one of the nicest, cleanest Filibertos around. The high chairs is what impressed me. They were so clean. I totally recommend this place. I also recommend they let this girl go. I've done customer service and your CUSTOMER COME FIRST..

Came to get breakfast burritos for the crew at 5:45am two wks ago can't use drive tru big truck with a backhoe . The big( guy//girl ) said dinning room open at 6am told use drive true. I can't. I thought about it but I knew i was going to take out the menu display with the trailer. So I went to FOOD CITY on 35 where all the Big truck and construction vehicles where parked in the parking lot ordering food. I was like 15 person in line almost everyone meal was 15 to 20 bucks each person. FELIBERTOS MAKE EXCEPTIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES THAT CAN'T USE A DRIVE TRU. THEN CUSTOMER WILL RETURN I DIDN'T. My order was made wrong. I explained my order three times. When I was ready to leave I asked for my drink that came with the combo that I had asked to up size and the lady got upset telling me she didn't charge me for it? I was willing to pay for it then she said never mind here, the combo comes with a drink. So in actuality we bought two combos so it should have been two drinks.
