Focaccia Fiorentina — Restaurant in Phoenix

I just had a very negative interaction with an employee. I’ve eaten here before and the food was adequate. Today, I forgot to grab a plastic fork at an adjacent grab-n-go place. I walked up to Focaccia Fiorentina at PHX near gate B8 and took a fork they had sitting out. Apparently this was a huge deal! I was called back and told those forks are only for immediate customers. The from was then grabbed out of my hand before I could even respond.
