This is literally a hidden gem between two buildings!! We just visited for the first time and tried three amazing dishes: jalapeño poppers, steak tacos, and camarones a la cucaracha (shrimp), and they were absolutely delicious!

The jalapeño poppers were perfectly crispy on the outside and packed with creamy, cheesy goodness inside. The heat from the jalapeños was just right—not too overpowering. That’s a good thing since I don’t do spicy. Paired with a dipping sauce, these poppers were the ideal appetizer to start the meal.

Next up, the steak tacos were a standout. The steak was tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection, with just the right amount of char for that authentic, grilled flavor. The tacos were topped with pico and cabbage, all wrapped in soft, warm tortillas. Each bite was a mouthful of rich, savory flavor with the freshness of the toppings balancing it out. Just a little red sauce and you have the best tacos your mouth ever tasted!!

Finally, the shrimp was cooked beautifully—juicy, flavorful, and seasoned to perfection! I was sold when he said they were cooked in butter! YUM!!

Overall, this food truck delivered on all fronts, serving up some of the best Mexican dishes with a delicious twist.
