She fired me because she never gave me the right uniform and blamed it on ME. I want this place to shut down cause Mariel always cut corners on the quality of food, therefore a lot of people can get sick, this is due to horrible micromanaging, she put way too many peoples health at risk just for the sake of not wasting product past its expiration date. Mariel had a vendetta against me, she would try to intimidate me with various threats (and in private said she had access to all my personal info, not sure if it was a threat though.) Another employee says her job was threatened for not picking up the phone on her DAY OFF. She made minors work over 20 hours a week on SCHOOL NIGHTS, including me. Mariel is a horrible woman that also bullies her sister Rosemarie, one day she was spouting horrible words in Tagalog I understood a majority of it. Mariel made her sister cry, and who cares what she did to me, she constantly verbally abused her poor sister just because she's older, no position at a fast food place mind you, gives anyone the right to spout verbal abuse towards anyone much less a family member, MUCH less an elderly woman. So corporate after you read this and send it to Mariel please fire her, and give Rose and Wilfredo a promotion, cause they are the ones who deserve it, NOT Mariel (and they are much better workers than Mariel too) but when you see this Mariel I hope you see my face in your nightmares cause i'm the reason you're gonna lose everything you fraudulently built up for yourself. Read moreSo, I walk into this empty Subway, walk up to where I've ordered sandwiches from, where the bread is locatef, at Subways across the country for over 20 years and I'm informed I no longer have the option of ordering at the counter, I absolutely must order at the electronic "kiosk". You know, because they're just so busy and the "Sandwich Artists" only have time to make sandwiches with no time to speak. I begrudgingly order at the kiosk where of course it's not at all clear how to make the sandwich I want. Great, I need to learn this kiosks O.S in order to give them my money. Of course these people are most likely poorly paid fast food workers who have had this forced upon them just as much as I have. The owners and or managers need to have their heads removed from their current locations and replaced to its customary one. Quelle Surprise they absolutely screwed up my order and i made them do it right, verbally as i wanted to in the firstplace. Yeah, quite the time saver there. On top how useless this is to order, the Kiosks are located right in front of the door, the soda fountain and the register. If this place ever actually gets busy, they most assuredly will have a fire code violation when the exit/entrance, beverage and register area is jammed full of customers. I'm sure with the policy of forcing paying customers to use this Kiosk means this Subway will never be crowded again, but hypothetically. There's another Subway down the road from me. I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this Subway location has left me no choice. I’ve ordered from here twice, and both times my order was completely wrong.
The first time, they forgot the meat on three of the sandwiches—literally only put half the sandwich together. Total mess.
I gave them a second chance (big mistake), and again, the order was wrong. I ordered all my sandwiches with cheese—out of 6 , three had cheese. I even paid for extra meat on one of them, and they didn’t add it. It’s clear no one is double-checking the orders before they go out.
To make matters worse, when I called the store the first time and spoke to the manager, instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, she started yelling at me and my husband. She was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.
Nothing has been done right either time I’ve ordered, and that’s on me for giving them a second chance. This place clearly doesn’t care about customer service or getting the order right.
Be aware before ordering from this location. You might not get what you paid for—and definitely won’t get any respect if you try...
