Alright so I ordered at 8 o clock at night. Bacon Turkey Bravo. My stomach was NOT happy with me for the entirety of my visit to Laveen this trip and I knew that Panera's wholesome ingredients could do the job. First of all. The sandwich was wrong. They put chipotle sauce on it. Like. So much it was disgusting. Second of all. They did not ask me when placing my order whether or not I wanted an apple, a baguette, or chips. They assumed I wanted chips which was not correct. I wanted an apple as they have anti inflammatory properties and I had no idea why my stomach was upset so I figured that could be a good place to start. With my stomach being upset and getting home right before they closed I literally had to stare at this sandwich overnight and be even more upset to deal with paying for it and throwing it out due to not being willing to eat spicy on top of my stomach already being in the condition it was in. OR . I could call the store and make things right the next day before leaving town. And that is exactly what happened. Renn took care of me hours before I arrived due to my car not having AC and not being able to travel to the store by promising me that whenever I arrived she would handle it. I walked in about 2.5 hours after our phone conversation as to what happened with my bag of food feeling like I was actually going to die and she remembered me by name and immediately handled the situation. I sat in the lobby and waited and after getting my food to me in about 7 minutes I finally got to eat for the first time in a little under 30 hours. Amidst me shoving my face with the sandwich she was generous enough to bring me a cup which I filled with ginger ale from their fountain which also worked wonders for how I was feeling. I couldn't take the drink with me because I didn't have a cupholder but I wrapped up my sandwich and made the long haul back to Florence with a full stomach and feeling much better. Renn is a life saver and a total sweetheart. She is what people need when things do and don't go as expected. Please treat this employee well. She...

I stopped by Panera Bread on my way to work and ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a warm, flaky croissant, a blueberry muffin that was bursting with flavor, a perfectly sweet chocolate chip muffin, and a deliciously chewy raisin bagel. The wait time for my order was minimal, but I didn’t mind because the lobby was spotless, and I had a comfortable place to sit and relax.
To my surprise, Jonathan, the team lead, went above and beyond. He apologized for the brief wait, which wasn’t inconvenient at all, and generously offered me a complimentary cup for a drink. His gesture was completely unexpected and greatly appreciated. I decided to try the Agave Lemonade, a drink I hadn’t tried before, and wow—it was amazing! The balance of sweetness from the agave and the refreshing tang of the lemonade made it the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be buying it again on my next visit.
Thank you, Jonathan, and the rest of the Panera Bread team for such a wonderful experience. I left with not only a great meal but also a smile....
Read moreToday, 3/28/24, they ran out of most of their ingredients/breads. Brand new place already running out. That speaks to a bad GM. How do you not ramp up for your opening week?? Wound up not getting anything because all of their bread was out of stock. A sandwich shop out of bread! Was going to spend a lot and buy my family of 5 food.

We ended up going back again a week later. They still had some items sold out, like ham, had mostly everything else we wanted. It was ok. Still don't know how they sell out of items. I've been to much busier Panera's before and have never seen them sell out of stuff.

Went for breakfast 4/15/24. Same problem, sold out of a couple items. The first 2 of which where what my wife wanted. Seems to be a pattern with this Panera location and it's short time it's been open. The GM may need some additional training as to how to purchase and stock a restaurant
