The Butter Burger I ordered tasted old, like it had been sitting around keeping slightly warm as if it was made for some one who SMARTLY changed their mind,
The French Fry's tasted like fish. As if the oil had fried many fish fillets and should have been discarded.
The soda was watery and flat. The whole meal was mu much much worse that disappointing. I hope I don't get food poisoning by eating this. I feel like I might get sick.
Jack in the Box Corporate administrators need to re train those employees, and fire the manager for allowing old fry oil to be used, and for not making the meal fresh, or following the standard Buttery Burgers recipe since it only had one kind of cheese, not three kinds of cheese and the normally yummy sauce was not buttery or garlicy as it should of been.
I recommend firing/ retraining all employees and firing the manager for allowing sun h a sloppy unclean, unhealthy restaurant to serve food to the public. A real blight on the Jack in the Box franchise name.
I RECOMMEND DRIVING RIGHT PAST THIS PLACE AND. GOING ANY WHERE ELSE TERRIBLE i want a refund and when I start throwing up, I might sue.
Seems like management gives the exact same response to every bad review, and there are allot of bad bad reviews. Apparently the manager is fhe problem, it is not good enough to apologize, since the issues resulting in poor quality food are not being addressed or. changed.
