Just visited this store placed my order and then was told it would be ready shortly. As I’m sitting there, I notice a girl pre-making the dough into the pans. Each one had to be smashed down by a machine and then she removed the plastic film from each one(I assume to keep it from sticking to the machine when it’s smashed) and continued to spread out the dough in to the pan with her hands. As I’m watching I notice she is NOT WEARING GLOVES. Then I watch her wipe her hands on her pants, wipe the side of her face, grab a pen to write onto a date stamp label, grab her phone from her back pocket and checks it, then puts her phone back and is right back to spreading this dough out BY HAND into these pizza pans! I notified the girl at the front hoping she could at least say something to her. The response I received was “WE DONT WEAR GLOVES, WE WENT THROUGH THIS BIG THING, AND YEAH WE DONT HAVE TO WEAR GLOVES” I said I thought by law if your handling food you need to wear gloves, she looks at me like I’m crazy and is like “No we don’t wear them.” The best part, the country girl disappears, the dough girl comes to the register to help the next customer, handles all his cash, touches the screens for the order, checks her phone again and then the cook from the back comes and brings me my food, WEARING NO GLOVES, touches the computer screen to ring me out, has his hands on the counter, and then returns to the back to make more pizza’s. I’m completely disgusted and can’t even eat my food! There are sooo many germs everywhere and they are “Not Required To Wear Gloves” yiiikkkes! No Thank You,...
Read moreToday I stopped at this location to order a pizza. I entered the store at 11.42 am, I could see at least 2 staff members working in the back, I waited, nobody came to help, so I said "Hello" again, waited, even this time nobody came to assist and nobody said anything back to me, I said "Hello" again, waited... still nothing, 2 other people walk into the store, and finally a staff member comes to the front, at this point it was about 11:48 am. The staff member didn't greet me, didn't look at me, covered his face with the hat. I politely asked if I could order a Small Veggies Pizza without Olives, and the staff member replied saying: "Ok, a Pepperoni Pizza with Veggies" I'm not sure who this guy was talking to, but that wasn't me... I nicely replied: "No, I would like a pizza with Veggies, please". I don't know what went wrong with this guy's day... but during our short interaction he very clearly kept taking breaths as if I was upsetting him. He then told me that the wait for my pizza would have been about 30 to 40 minutes, I thanked him, told him I couldn't wait that long and left, it was 11:50 am. Honestly, I left because I really didn't want to pay to keep disturbing the staff member at Little...
Read moreThe employees were so rude and extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. They clearly don’t care about customers or the restaurant. They treated me like it was a problem that I wanted to pay for a pizza and I was an inconvenience. A company should want employees that respect not only the customers but also little Cesar’s reputation for great food and quality service. If this company really cares about customers and their business they will find new staff for this location that care and want to make customers return for business. Are you unaware of the reviews on this particular location? I sure hope not because then your the problem too. Customers aren’t asking for to much for wanting good food that should be company standard and employees who actually care about their job . It should be a privilege to work for your company not a right . I also sent this review to support and I really hope the staff working their tonight see this review so they can hopefully make a change because they are not going to get very far in life with this attitude...
