My wife and i recently made a delivery order with Kwan and Wok, we ordered the Orange Chicken dinner plate and the Low-main lunch plate, was about $25 bucks for the meal and when the delivery guy showed up we payed for the meal and typed nice 20% for the guy, anyways as we went in to eat we opened the the plates to find out they messed up our orders, my wife got her plate and found white rice and noodles, the meal stated fried rice noodles and an egg roll, that was the first issue i then opened my plate to find a completely different meal then what i paid for, i got orange chicken fried rice and an egg roll, i never eat there egg rolls because there discussing my meal was supposed to have Low-Main noodles fried rice and orange chicken. so we decided to call them back and let them know that our order was incorrect and to ask them to correct the mistake well when my wife called she was greeted politely as she started to explain the issue with our order the phone man insisted that we were wrong in what we ordered and as she tried to explain the guy cut her off and hung up on her, i didn't believe my wife when she told me she called and the guy cut her off and hung up on her so i called for myself and as soon as i said the order was wrong the guy got an attitude and cut me off at every word i said so i stopped talking to him for a second and asked to speak to the manager and he told me he was the manager so i said let me talk to your supervisor and he replied "he's not in right now and if he were in you still couldn't talk to him" so i told hime thats no way to treat a paying costumer he said "too bad" and hung up on me, if this is the type of service you expect for low grade food then by all means call em up and place an order the odds are you won't get what you wanted and you won't get them to fix it ether but if your like me and think service is every thing stay away from this place the food sucks the service is crap and the prices are outrageous i hope this review makes it out to the consumer because this place really needs to...
Read moreTypical hole in the wall restuarant. Dining area was clean. Bathroom out of order, and the food I got was hot and tasty. That's it for the good. The ordering process was... a process. Wanted the lunch special with shrimp fried rice. this was not allowed. not even as a seperate order. during the conversation about what disqualified us from the lunch special. It was pointed out I could order the dinner combo and then get a side of shrimp fried rice. the lady pointed to the quart sized takeout box. Ordered that. What I got was my pepper steak and shrimp fried rice as part of the combo. NOT a quart sized side. the entree was skimpy too. I estimate I got 10 pieces of steak (less than 1/4 lb), a whole onion and bell pepper (chopped). Went to pay with Samsung Pay and they refused. said too many people use it and dispute the charges. so I used my unsigned backup card and they were happy with that. dining area was empty. I wonder why. Dining area also had TERMITE DAMAGE (see picture). I will not...
Read moreI really liked this place! I heard it was having a reopening and that they offered more Vietnamese food. My partner and I got the Lunch menu. You get the entree, fried rice, and a spring roll with a drink. I had the Shrimp with Cashew and my partner had the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce. We also shared an iced Vietnamese coffee which was strong, creamy and tasty! I wish the serving was larger but I liked it still. My food was hot and flavorful and not overwhelming. The shrimp was cooked well and I loved the veggies that were fresh and cooked perfectly. The rice was also good too. The drink selection is limited to different cans and bottles of soda/tea, but we also got cups of ice to pour them in. The place is unpretentious in its furnishings which I liked! They also give you large servings, I almost didn't finish mine. I want to try the sandwiches next along with the Vietnamese fried rice. Definetly recommend this place, and you should also try the other...
