Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

This is a place that I would not recommend going to order a pizza seriously I live right behind this place there's a thrift store right next door I live right directly behind on Parsons Street we've ordered pizza from this place from this Little Caesars location three times including tonight which today's date is 9/29/2024 we ordered it last week and the week before I don't know what's going on with the employees in the stores but I think corporate needs to pay attention to this and go down to the store and straighten this s* out because somebody has to these employees are either not paying attention to what they're doing or they just plain out don't care the last three times we've ordered pizza there they've got our order completely screwed up the first two times we ordered for the first two weeks we ordered a deep dish pizza and the Italian cheese bread well the first time we got the Italian cheese bread but we didn't get the deep dish pizza we got a regular round Pizza the second time we ordered again the same order the next week and they gave us two personal deep dish pizzas not a whole one and I gave us crazy bread instead of the Italian cheese bread that we ordered tonight we ordered a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni bacon and sausage with an order of Italian cheese bread my husband ordered it around 6:30 he goes up there to go get it because it's quite a walk he gets out there and the employee says oh I'm sorry we have to remake your order didn't give get my husband an explanation of why or what happened or anything they said go outside and wait 25 minutes so my husband goes in there goes out and weighs 25 minutes goes back in there they give him the pizza which is wrong it's not stuffed crust and the toppings are not what we ordered and they left the Italian cheese bread completely off my husband asked if you had gone somewhere and they got the order wrong so many times from the times that you've gone there would you ever go back and the employees sat there and lied to my husband's face and said yes I'd go back Knowing damn well that nobody would go back being treated like that don't ever go to this location 90% of the time they get orders wrong and they don't care corporate I'm reaching out to you for Little Caesars Corporate you need to go down to this address and you need to go find out what the hell is going on in this store because the employees are not doing their jobs they're not doing their jobs and they do not care also the employees comp attitudes with the customers it's ridiculous it's utterly absurd...

Love the pizza here. Always perfect. I like mine just a little extra cooked and they never say anything about it. They toss it back around for a few extra minutes. Have gotten some rather soggy wings that didn't seem to get a full cook cycle a time or two, over the last several years, but at those times that that has happened has been in a very heavy dinner rush. They have always made it right. Giving me fresh wings even though I have told them don't waste the food just recook them some more. I understand why they can't for health and safety reasons. Just a habit. I hate wasting food when so many are hungry. Lately I have noticed a bit of a transient problem with several of them getting argumentative, I have no problems buying a hungry person a good filling hot meal anywhere I go. But when the stand directly in front of the door begging for money not wanting food and even have had them follow me to car. It's a problem. The kids in store are very young and are always friendly. I have no issues with bouncing an indesireable at a moment's notice. I do it frequently and sometimes on a several times a day basis at the liquor store I work at. The manager, needs to find ways to possibly address...

One of the worst experiences I've had to get food. The staff were terrible. Front counter guy was extremely rude. Made a remark about not helping me after they messed up my order saying "depending on if I act right." The person making the food obviously cannot read because they messed up a very simple 2 topping order. The "manager" was very unprofessional in his attire. Looked like he was hanging out on some street corner with the homeboys instead of dressing like, and presenting himself as a manager in a supposedly professional food and beverage establishment. Was not at all helpful in resolving the issue of a messed-up order. Unwilling to take accountability and make the order correctly. Smirked while insisting I call corporate if I want to resolve the issue of them screwing up my order instead of a simple remake with both of the 2 toppings I ordered instead of just one. I should have read the reviews before wasting my time and going to such a terrible Little Caesars. I sincerely hope that location doesn't renew the lease and are forced to shutdown.
