Long Wong's Tuscano — Restaurant in Phoenix

Decided to try the place today, Saturday June 28th at around 1:45PM. I go in and place is empty except for one guy at one booth. I tell the counter girl I'd never been here before and asked what's good. To her credit, she didn't give me a stupid answer like, 'it's all good'. She said their wings are good. OK. Good answer I think. But, I was in the mood for a chili dog. So, I ordered that and a drink. It was Iuke $15 something. Kinda priced but not ridiculous. It does come with fries. She told me she'd bring my food out to me. I go chill at a booth. And a few minutes later she brings me my food. Here's where things start to turn bad. She brought out ketchup for the fries. But, the chili dog had a bun and hot dog and some chili. No cheese, no onions, no mustard. And, those commodities are no where around. Also, no plastic fork, knife or spoon. While not necessary essential for a chili dog. A good chili dog can be pretty messy and plastic utensils are nice. Remember, I had told the girl at the counter, who was the only worker I saw, I hadn't been there before. So, I would reasonably expected her to say something about mustard, onions, and/or cheese. I did pay $15 for this chili dog. Anyway, the food quality was OK. But, just OK. If I had received really good customer service, I might consider going back. But, just OK food, a little pricey for what I got and the lack of condiments for the chili dog combined with absent customer service. After working 12 long hours and dropping my son off at youth night I wanted to grab a bite to eat. I hardly ever eat out but was too tired to cook. I wanted a chicken philly. I get there I ordered, the young lady who took my order was so sweet. The young lady sweeping was also sweet. I noticed 4 people got their food before me. I asked twice they told me 5 more min. Finally after 25 min, I got my food. Because something so simple took so long I checked my food. It looked horrible. The bread was hard. The chicken was scarce so were the peppers and onions. The bottom of the bread looked like a hot dog bun while the top of the bread look like a French roll from Walmart Clarence cart. The bread appeared stale the sandwich was falling apart! It cost me 10.32. I took it back the manager. I assumed she was the manager, tried to convince me that this was the best they had to make a chicken philly. However the young lady was disgusted too, her face said it all. I got No apology, but She said I could get something else. I ordered 6 wings and fries. I waited they were hard and horrible. Normally I like the food here but lately it has not been that good tonight was the worst pizza hardly had cheese most was sauce wings over cooked and didn’t taste good I ate before I did this review hoping it tasted better then it looked but it didn’t…. The beer was good though lol….

Now I’m adding to the older review so this is updated. I’ve come here quite a lot since his last review but now.. My only problem is if I come in at 9:18PM and you close at 10 PM and you tell me I can get nothing but wings and appetizers. I can’t get pizza. I can’t get a hotdog. Why are you open until 10 o’clock then It’s because nobody wants to cook anymore. That makes me not wanna come back. It was literally 918 when I walked in the door and I was told I couldn’t get anything but wings and appetizers. What happened to customer service that literally makes no sense.
