Now this cracker box Mc Donald's has a drive thru on each side of it. I happen to pick the drive-thru on the left side this McDonald's I sat in my car at the intercom menu for 5 to 10 minutes waiting for them to ask my order and I was asking them if they could hear me and nothing happened so I backed up and decided to get in the other line for the drive-thru on the right side of the this McDonald's while I was waiting I see this short very short women come walking through the opposite drive thru where I was just at and she was picking up trash and I asked is that drive through was not in operation today and she smiled and shook her head no. I said well it would be so nice if you could put up a sign stating that this drive thru section was not operating today. She smiled and didn't say a word and kept on picking up trash. When I got to the point where you actually get your food I brought up again the idea of putting a sign out here stating the drive thru was not operating today and the McDonald's lady working the window said can't you tell it's not operating because the cars were in her drive thru. I said no. I then said is it so hard to put up a sign stating this is not operating today and she said to me why don't you just follow the rest of the cars. Dugh!!    Read moreThey have been out of frappes for 3 months or maybe longer. When I asked what was going on( with that) they just said they probably weren't going to have them anymore. Not even apologetic. Now, does that even make sense? Even if it is a franchise, how are they just modifying the menu, especially on something as important as frappes, which in my opinion, is the only reason to go to McDonalds. Plus, I've ordered online here before, failed to get my order when I went to pick it up, and still never got that money back to my card. Happened twice at this location, and 3 times at the one on Thomas and 83rd across from Banner hospital. Due to not having the items I ordered, or because they were closed, even though both locations are supposed to be 24 / 7 on the drive-thru. And, this was not a case of Uber mix-up or anything. No , the orders I placed, without a hitch , on my phone, they went through , charged my card, and never got the refund, even though I spoke with several managers on every occasion. 5 times I got burned for nearly $20. Shame on me for even trying to go to these restaurants anymore. Alas, they are...

I ordered a 'Steak Egg and Cheese McGriddle' through the app.
I've also been to this location for years with not too many problems.
I got home and took a bite of it (it definitely had a 'unique' smell, but I'd never had the Steak version before), and something was SERIOUSLY wrong.
The taste wasn't like anything I've eaten before; the texture was almost like freezer-burned, but more crumbly.
Every time I think about it I get nauseous - I had to spit the bite out and try not to puke. I threw the rest to my dogs, and they wouldn't even finish it, only eating parts.
This came as a shock, as I am someone who will basically eat anything; I love cabeza, spam, langua, escargot, menudo, uni sashimi, canned sardines, etc.
I actually had to take breaks just writing this review because I got nauseous just thinking about it. Even when I smell the neighbors making (probably) crappy food, I have to leave the area now, or else I get nauseous to the point...
