The food was hot and fast at 5ish in the evening on a weekday. I ordered a shake in addition to the cheeseburger and fries. I did not know they put whipped cream on top and had to ask in the drive through for one without... the guy gave me a hefty hissing sigh like a petulant 12 year old and rolled his eyes. I guess it's hard being in your twenties and having to be bothered with things like work, customer service and like talking to people... cause like really! If he would have been in the teens I'd have just shook my head like a crotchety middle aged old person does that I used to make fun of as a kid when mom and dad were not around. I worked a minimum wage job at five something an hour back in the day and while I may have had attitude when w my friends, I never would have acted that way to any adult. These ppl are making pretty good money that helps screw w the economy and makes money less valuable for everyone else bc they can't figure out the more you earn the more things cost, the more your pay check means less bc of a chain reaction. I mean they could be a tad more pleasant considering they don't do anything more to add value while demanding to more money making the higher salary I worked hard to earn w skills, time, experience, education; mean less. The guy really needed a bit of better manners and a dose of reality. It's the least the staff could do. Give the guy Kamala's make believe fry job and I bet he'd straightened up real quick. So to put a topper on this, my shake was exchanged and the food was hot normal McD quality, so kudos the ppl in the back sweating to make that happen. I'd still go again, I'm just going to order less items and be less likely to ask for something new on the menu or to myself bc I do not want to deal w an attitude if I need to ask for a change. So less revenue ultimately for...
Read moreMy husband and I are doordashers and we often do deliveries for McDonald's, including this location. We are also regular customers at multiple locations. Forgive me if I am mistaken, but isn't excellent customer service the fulcrum of the McDonald's mission/vision? At the McDonald's on Union Hills and 7th Ave in Arizona, the manager there was not only extremely rude and prejudiced against me and particularly my husband based on our appearance, but he was extremely VOCAL about it with his employees. My husband made sure to buy food BEFORE we requested to use the bathroom, because we are considerate of the rules of the establishment. The manager (a male with red hair, about 35 years old) very loudly accused my husband, telling his employees that he thought he was "going to try something." My husband remained polite and professional despite this, and when he asked for ice because the ice machine was out, he was accused of lying by the manager. The manager also propped the bathroom door open, clear evidence of suspicion against us even though we were paying customers and VERY polite and kind to this man. I realize that people use fast food restaurants to do drugs, but that doesn't excuse this manager's behavior considering we had done NOTHING wrong. He shamed us for being and looking POOR. This occurred on July 12th at approximately 1:45 pm. This is...
Read moreTHIEVES!!! $1500 CREDIT CARD CHARGE FROM A EMPLOYEE AT THIS LOCATION!!! I made an order here at this location on seventh Avenue and Union Hills on January 2. I had accidentally left my card with them and went back the next day and got it back but now we have a $1500 charge on our account for Target that we may or may not get back from our credit union. I confronted them and they said it is impossible for this to happen because they keep it in a “lockbox” but that is 100% not true, people do this stuff all the time, but they had no concern whatsoever and I spoke with the manager and they did not care or have any curiosity in what employee it could be. I have the exact date and time that I was there so they can easily check to see who is working but the lack of concern is frightening. That is a lot of money to be taken from a family that don’t have it. I strongly recommend to not go to this location full of THIEVES. This isn’t just out of anger this is also out of concern for the community and other families that this can happen to very easily. Whoever did it has done it before and they will do it again. We filed a police report and hopefully something will come of it but we are doubtful. Hopefully justice can take place in someway shape or form or at least their karma will...
