Upon entering this McDonald's on 19th ave and Northern you did not feel welcomed. It felt like I was trespassing so I then placed my order and he repeated my order back. A few items I purchased such as a mcdouble plain which I strickly said plain and the cashier repeated it by saying yes they are plain. Well they were not plain and he never put any note on my order saying to make them plain, so he intentionally lied to me. I place a large order and waiting for about 15 minutes I also noticed a smoked cigarette on the floor by the table on the left of the entrance door. So it really got me looking around because this place obviously lacks in cleanliness. Then found and old ice cream cone under the fridge in plain sight that makes you wonder just how long the food has been on the floor. I got to McDonald's at 8pm on 09/29/19 and remained there for 30 minutes not seeing 1 mcdonalds employee wash their hands. I'm a chef with 13 years kitchen experience and I've never seen this many people working at a public service food restaurant just not care. Once my order was ready i seen that they put 7 mcdoubles with 4 hot n spiceys in one bag smashing all my food. I spoke to this lady who was the manager on duty for my refund or new burgers and she replied back with a no. At this moment I knew I was robbed and that no matter what this is going to be my kids, myself and my wife's dinner. Since I can't get my money back them I'm not going to waste my money either. I get home and thats when my kids tell me their mcdoubles are wrong and they dont want to eat it so now this is my kid's worst experience due to this was a surprised dinner for my family that I honestly can't afford right now but I did. These hot n spicys straight up look like they've been hand smashed. What to do after asking for your refund and told you can't even get your money back, speaking to the manager did not help. This place has stolen my money that I earned. Here are a few photos of the proof and so you can see personally as if you we're looking and seeing this experiencing through my eyes like you were there. This is by far the longest review I have ever posted so I hope this reaches McDonald's corporate headquarters located in Chicago and that my experience at one of their locations gets fixed. This is my last attempt to see if the McDonalds Enterprise we'll fix what they messed up once I placed an order at one of their locations that have crickets all over their floor and health violations such as leaving their front fridge doors left open 5...

The manager girl that works there early in the morning Hispanic girl and sometimes in the afternoon she always has an attitude she's not very friendly and doesn't like to help the customers . my food was lukewarm how ? It's 5:00 a.m. and I'm the only person in the store why isn't my food fresh and hot I've worked for McDonald's before and this is ridiculous.. she didn't ask if you need anything else she just hand you the food and that's it I've had problems with this girl a couple of times she never gets nothing right and if you tell her that she's wrong or the food is wrong she will get even more upset . And then I see a young boy his name starts with a d white male he was nice and sweet he's a cashier . He was taking out food at 5:00 a.m. to a car why did she have him taking out food when the food should be hot and ready there's not even that many people in the Drive-Thru but 2 cars ... Only cared about keeping down the times .. and I'm the only person in the place. Yall need to fire that girl she is not a good manager especially when I hear her talking to her employees crazy and she is super lazy. If you want to contact me you sure can and I'll let you know exactly which person i don't recommend anyone going to this McDonald's if they going to have managers like this and food that is lukewarm when there's nobody in there . And on top of that I'm pregnant so I was really craving something and it was horrible. I didn't make them remake it because I didn't want any problems with this woman. It was first time going to this mcdonalds and I did not like it . I took my 2 years old son to the mcdonalds by 23rd and bethany but the games were close. He was really upset so we decided to go to this one . Right when I entered the kids section the tables were so dirty . There was food all over them . I had to wipe my table down . My son was happy he was playing . I also have a 1 year old that wanted to play . So my boyfriend decided to go up there with her bc i read your guys policies and it says “3-12 year okd can play ! Parents too! “ . He was just playing up there with his 1 year old . Then this family comes and starts complaining acting like my boyfriend would do something to there kids .. I told them he was jst up there playing his daughter . Yet they went and called the manager . The manager looked mad already and told him ti get off . So I stepped in and said “ it says parents can play too” . She automatically raised her voice and said “ they can only supervised” Nowhere does it say parents can only supervised it says parents call play too . To be realistic a parent cannot supervised a 1year old being at the bottom and our daughter being at the top by her self .. i just didnt like my first experience there. Fix your guys policies . Or do something bc yall for real ruined my night...
