On the date of 09/10/2024 at 12:20am i ordered a 2 for 5 deal and 2 small fries that were nasty and cold and thankfully i tried a few before i pulled off and mentioned it to the girl with the matted turquoise and mixed colors in her hair and i was parked for a little less than 3 mins (which lets me know they didn’t cook them properly) and i asked that same lady if she could upgrade my fries for the wait and she told me she she’d have to ask the manager and instead sent out the manager with the two small fries (that weren’t cooked properly) or (even filled up correctly) she proceeded to take those fries and go back into the restaurant and put those same fries into a medium sized fry container and proceeded to tell her that they’re for two different individuals which is why i order two different meals and proceeded to refuse to to give me another small or medium sized and i asked her so where’s the accommodation of having me waiting here for over about 10 mins now and she proceeded to tell me she done everything for me that she can (which is what was supposed to have been did in the first place) the manager heavyset younger hispanic lady with the pink nails and and face of make up was extremely rude and told me she was gonna call the cops on me and say that i’m harassing them (in which i definitely wasn’t ) so i STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT to eat here EVERYTIME i come to this location it’s ALWAYS some drama or something and the entire crew refused to give names of themselves or coworkers heavyset male cashier at the back drive thru window even lied and said he doesn’t know his manager name and charged me 0.25 cent for sauce packet i didn’t even order…so LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPTS PEOPLE AFTER YOUR TRANSACTIONS….THE ENTIRE CREW WAS BEHAVING IMMATURELY…. Read moreI never thought I’d have to do one of these for McDonald’s as my expectations are already pretty low for fast food restaurants but this was the worst. I was there last night and they were extremely busy and could have been the reason my order was messed up to begin with. Basically my entire meal was cold-Luke warm, nuggets weren’t fresh out the fryer as requested and sodas weren’t even filled all the way. Not to mention I asked for extra onions and received almost none on that order. Again, I understand where the mix up might have happened and was willing to be understanding but that isn’t the reason for this review.
That same night I called 3 times. First two I received no answer and the 3rd someone answered and hung up. Then I called again the next day in the afternoon. I was blamed for not getting ahold of someone the night before and was told I could not get a replacement or refund back for their mistakes even though I tried reaching out to get it corrected the same night. Then I was asked if I kept the food for the last 15 hours. Why would I keep it if it wasn’t even good? I finally got ahold of a “manager” named Lela or Layla who continued to argue and say I was in the wrong even though I just wanted it made right. She was very rude and and a smart a$$ when I asked about corporate she stated it was on the bottom of the cups. As in saying, if I kept my meal I would have had it. After she gave me her name and corporate number she hung up on me before I was done asking a follow up question.

Read moreIf I could give less than 1 star I would. First we were asked to “pull ahead” and wait. No “please” or “sorry about the wait”. Which ok, no problem; manners aren’t expected these days.
We then sat there as car after car had to “pull up and wait”. We had two different employee’s come to the window (one twice) to hand us our food, none of which was ours. So we sat there as they served the three cars behind us before we ever got ours.
Finally after about 17 minutes of waiting, they stuck our bag out of the window and said, “here”. That was it…. no formalities or manners of any kind. Even our 10 year old said, “they must be angry because they work at McDonalds”.
Well then, to make matters worse; we got home to find out two of our kids meals were missing and the food we did get was burnt. Our chicken sandwiches were chewy like beef jerky and had a color closer to a burger… dark brown. The kids were hungry and we didn’t have anything easily cookable at home. It was a mess!!
I called the phone number to try to notify and work this out with the manager but of course, no answer!!
I understand delays can happen. Staff shortages, inventory issues, machinery issues, etc. However there is no excuse for missing items. Especially with 17 min to work on it. And then to sell and serve food that is hardly edible is non excusable.
This team leader or manager should be demoted. This is not some new restaurant working out processes. It is McDonalds, the pioneer’s of fast food. I don’t know how corporate allows a franchise to run like this!!
