Fire HEATHER, who mans the DT in the morning. She is incredibly rude and clearly hates scanning the app for coupons, which is why at least 29/30 mornings a month I go to an alternate McDonald's with different ownership. I only go to this Pinnacle Peak location if I have a freebie coupon. I will not give this place one cent of my money.
Fire every manager and bring in someone from Corporate to completely reinvent your customer service experience. You are a discrace to the franchise.

This place somehow manages to get even worse with the passage of time. One of the new night shift managers seems extremely unfriendly. To say that he seems angry is not an overstatement. It's also worth noting that mangers at this location don't last long at all.
This place clearly offers no customer service coaching of any kind to management or staff. Almost all of their employees have very poor people skills. I only go to this location as a dead last resort. It is far and away the worst McDonald's out of dozens I've visited throughout the United States.

Read moreWhatever Manager was on shift September 18 from 3-7pm with the scary eyeshadow is extremely unprofessional and needs to be retrained. She wasted my entire lunch break, because I accidentally placed a mobile order for drive-through pick up and walked inside of the location since thats simply how i traveled there. I asked the Manager, if she would be able to get the order for me and explained that I realized I made a mistake by placing it in the drive-through instead of the counter, but, when I tried to show her my code but she said “I don’t see your order” then turned around and proceeded to ignore me for the next 15 minutes until I canceled my order and just bought a drink at the cash register which I was only able to buy another 10 minutes later. I had to go back to work late and hungry instead of someone just walking over to the drive-through register and entering my code. I was very polite and courteous because I have worked in McDonald's Before, and I understand during a rush time like that, it can be a very stressful time but being familiar with the order screens, I looked, and they were not busy. I was just simply being ignored. Also when I worked at Mcdonalds, a customer making the same mistake i made was a non issue, also saw another gentlemen turned away for the same reason...
Read moreWas out grocery shopping and thought would stop by to pick something up quickly for lunch. I was so wrong. Went through drive thru and that was where I messed up. Place my order a couple times because they got it wrong while repeating it back to me. Somehow the screen was not showing my order either. When I pulled up to the first window to pay and started confirming my order it was yet wrong again. So I had to repeat my order again. Once I paid I asked for a receipt and confirmed it was finally correct. Pulled up to second window to pick up my food and u was quickly asked to park in front so someone could bring out my order. Sat there for 10 minutes and my food finally came out with no sauce for the nuggets. Started to drive away and notice my drinks were missing. Drove around and picked up the drink and when home. When I got home the kids meals for the kids where all messed up with missing items. I called the store to fix it and the person saying they were the manager kept on asking me to bring back what was messed up and they will replace it. I posed the question how would I bring it back when it was missing from the order.
