McDonald's — Restaurant in Phoenix

Fish sándwiches were my Favorite, Fries n buffalo sauce. I am not a fast food fan, during our long 2 yr. Pandemic my eating habits became unhealthy as well as costly for myself & roomaIssues witte. He is a type 2 diabetic, also other major health issues causing him too miss weeks at a time from a Job working for State, from home. Fast food industry, is not the idea for those who are bound to in home care, and love the fact that you're facilites are conveniently setup for nearby communities, breakfast, Lunch n dinner, walking distance, drive thru, or preorder with code for curbside pickup take home orders. Caused many deaths, due to laziness, depression from being indoors Wearing masks, anxiety of not having ability to shop freely for proper foods that are healthy and less expensive for those with children or large families to feed. Ads & commercials, stimulous money just being taken advantage of as well as unemployment provided too many across our nation made it possible for food chain, small businesses to be home delivered. My point in beginning of my long comment is you're one item I myself acquired from time to time became a competitive food item with other nearby drive through fast food chains. I decided to give them a try and now I have no reason to return to you're long time choice of the publics GOLDEN arches world wide. Special orders for saving on 2 double mács large fries large drink. Causing many customers their death, not being from virus of pandemic and family members one family after another having loss and unable to attend or pay respecto n mourning as human beings for generations coming together to have proper burials. Alot of heart attack, those who were to diálisis not being cared for on timely basis, were overlooked or short on medical assistance,surgerys canceled our people sent home with several different issues? Many sickness due to societies new forced ways of living, slowly changing the world's daily living for living?those needing help for ñiver, kidney, knees n hip, replacements, and you're foods being easily processed and sold just as fast. Has deprived our elderly and Youth of daily source of keeping up good energy and supplying our families with healthier meals for stronger bones and healthier memory for learning and future success for generations to come. It is a cold World we are ñi ING in Today. You're food chain will here soon be a thing of the past as so our people God's children but u can not kill the spirit and the Faith we hold. Our Beliefs will come to overcome you're main mission from get go and with all said. May all whom hold employment under the Title of Fast food Chains n all assets that have made you're empire for wealth bringing down many to their unhealthy ways of living a fast life and early deaths. I went in tonight around 8 pm and usually I never know what to expect. And most of the time, even by managers I am ignored or wait about 10-15 min to be even acknowledged. And when I am it is almost as if I am a bother or an inntruption to an employee conversation that blatantly has nothing to do with the job. This time, although, I am on a tight budget right now and food is a little annoying to cook for just one person (ramen noodles tend to lose flavor after your 50th one) the female who seemed to be alone immediately stopped what she was doing greeted me kindly and took my simple dollar menu order. When she called my number she asked with complete concern if the French fries were to my liking. I assumed they were going to close soon and to put an entire batch in for a small fries would be a little annoying but without that thought crossing her mind she said she would have no problem adjusting abatch for me. She even asked if I wanted to try one just to be safe. the fries weren't for me they were for my baby boy , my dog. I've had him for 11 years and hadn't been able to get him treats yet so that was going to be his treats for the night ... And he gets so excited ... His innocence keeps me going and it's not his fault daddy is a little tight on cash. I asked her if she could and she said no problem!. This is the kind of experience that wipes and washes away every other bad horrific disheartening time I've went over. Regardless if the fries were remade or just re dipped... The thought and concern was a big surprising considering customer service skills around here are extremely rare. I live in the neighborhood and since circle k closetd the Chevron has been the go- to. The worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's! We were the only ones there, waiting at the counter for the crew member Angela to finish whatever she was doing so she could take our order. When she finally acknowledged us, I told her my daughter would order and I would like the key to the bathroom. She then asked if I was "really" going to buy something and I again told her that my daughter was ordering for me. She then replied, "You're probably like the "others" that pretend to be looking at the menu, just to use our bathroom." I told her we had been there several minutes waiting to order!!! She then abruptly got the key and went and unlocked the bathrooms. When I came out, my daughter had ordered my iced coffee, but my card had declined because I accidentally gave her the expired one. As I was getting the correct one out, she rudely said, "just keep the coffee, we already made it." At this point I didn't even attempt to pay for it again, I just grabbed it and I'm glad I didn't pay for it, because it tasted like watered down, coffee flavored milk. Anyway, my daughter was still waiting for her order, as Angela proceeded to argue with the next gentleman in line over the bathroom key! This entire time, the manager was working the drive thru window and watching Angela and rolling her eyes in disgust. It was very apparent that this manager was fed up with Angela and probably kept her on shift because she needed a warm body there to work, who knows. I really never expected McDonald's to hire a person with such a trashy attitude! I always thought McDonald's was a great stepping stone to learn customer service and move up in the world.
