McDonald's — Restaurant in Phoenix

Today June 27th @ about 5 O’clock, I walked in as an Uber driver to get an order for a customer. As I walked up to the counter there was an older homeless man. He had either scars from burns or skin pigmentation issues . A boy Named Diego who was working in the drive thru was handing out orders to the dinning room. The older man was asking him for water and the boy looked at him like he was a weirdo for asking for water or as if he was just embarrassed that the man was talking to him at all and even moved away from the old man as if he was discusted by him. After he walked away and didn’t even ask me if I had been helped a short time later he came back I told the boy “how about you get this man some water!” The old man was sweating and clearly had just come in to get away from this 106• weather. The boy went and got water for the man the moment I told him to do so but after continued to ignore me as if wasn’t there and went back to the drive thru. When I asked to speak to the manager when the manager came he acted like he didn’t realize I wanted to speak with him even though I had made it loud and clear I wanted to speak with a manager. When I finally spoke to him he either didn’t understand what I was telling him about the young man or pretended not to understand me. I would never eat at this location and cannot stand to see people treat other with such disrespect. Homeless or not homeless everybody has the right to ask and be given water especially in this heat. This is unacceptable...

We went through the drive through at the McDonald's on 35th and Bethany. Location Phoenix. We went to the far lane to order. We were at the speaker for at least 10 minutes while cars that came after us in other lane kept giving they're order. Still no one acknowledged us. I called out twice, totally ignored. Finally got frustrated so drove ahead to first window where a car in front of us spoke with someone then moved on. I drove up to window and there were three imployees just talking one looking at her phone. Again ignored. I waved at one of the girls she eyed us and quickly turned back to the other employees chatting. Ignored line behind me couldn't even move. So I went to next window and the girl tried to hand me a bag of food. I told her it wasn't mine and what happened. She said would you like to talk to manager I said yes. We were late and now even later. The manager didn't come to the window and we waited. Then some other employee came and she said I'm sorry the earphones weren't working or something like that. She then asked what I wanted to order. At this point I was so frustrated the only thing I ordered was a happy meal a child shouldn't have to pay for they're Incompetence. She said okay sorry as if that was going to suffice for so much ignorance and time wasted. Not even a drink was offered. I am not the type to complain but I was extremely unhappy and will never go back there again. I have put many good reviews for other McDonald's. Now I am left with a...

Went in today and asked the cashier if the hiring manager was there and she looked at me and said "I don't know" I asked if she would asked for me. She walked to where I guess a manager was standing and then herself, the guys she was talking to and two other workers walked over and they all turned around and stared at me. NO one came for a good 3 minutes. The cashier came back and told me that the manager wasn't there and she would be there on Monday during the night time until 11AM monday, I didn't not understand what she meant by that. What I dont understand is why didn't any manager on duty come an speak to me. Horrible Customer service. The cashier was rude to myself, customer and i could tell she doesn't respect her boss just by the ways she was talking to him. Horrible for someone wanting a job to walk into your restaurant and see that. I call when I got home to find out the hours that the hiring manager was going to be there and the lady who answered the phone was yelling at someone and then said hello I asked what time the hiring manager would be in on Monday and the employee just hung up on me.
