UPDATE - 12-11-2024 DO NOT GO TO THI LOCATION. The owners at this location are still requiring customers to give their personal telephone number when using a coupon sent by email. This is wrong and they need to stop doing this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I recommend going to the following locations that do not require your telephone number to use email coupons: Ahwatukee and Indian School Road.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I have been going to Nothing Bundt Cakes for years. This was my first time at this location. The employee said that the owners at this location required your telephone number, which is a personal detail, in order for me to use the buy one get one free coupon. No other location requires this. NO ONE SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO GIVE THEIR PERSONAL DETAILS. THIS IS WRONG. In addition, I got the red velvet bundt cake. This was the first time that I received a bundt cake that did not have frosting down the middle, which was not good. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. DO NOT GO TO...
Read moreI ordered a cake for my baby shower and it had plastic in it, one of my guests found it. I called and they told me that they would replace the cake as long as I had a picture of the plastic, which I did and I showed them. The manager brought me into the are inside so that no one else could hear my complaint and her sorry response. She said she couldn't replace the $38 dollar cake, that maybe it did have plastic from when they unwrapped it but that all she could offer me was 2 small bundlets worth $10 dollars total. She expected me to leave my baby shower and ask my guests to put the cake back just so that I could show her the piece of plastic, so that they could replace the cake. If they hadn't lied to me about replacing the cake over the phone, I wouldn't have even went back and wasted my time. I am 8 months pregnant, I don't drive places just for fun. I will not be returning since there's better cakes with less sugar and no plastic in...
Read moreWe had a very disappointing experience with the cashier during our recent visit. She was a middle aged woman with braces and came across as very unfriendly from the beginning. Her attitude felt cold and even a bit unfair, which made us feel uncomfortable.
She kept pausing and staring at us for a long time before speaking again, which was strange. I came in with my 4 year old child and sister to redeem their “Books and Bundts” reading rewards. Right away, the cashier said, “The cakes are not for you, they’re for the children,” in a rude way. I told her that I already knew that. Then she asked, “Can your child even read?” which was disrespectful and unnecessary.
The way she treated us made us feel judged and unwelcome. I hope this employee gets the training she needs to treat all customers with kindness and respect. No one should feel uncomfortable while taking part in a reading program meant to encourage young...
