Update - This location no longer gives you whip cream that covers the top of your blizzard. Each time I have visited this location over my last four visits over the past month, I have had to ask for more whip cream to cover the top of my blizzard. Because this location is now stingy with whip cream and I no longer want to ask for whip cream to cover the top of my blizzard, I have changed my rating to a one star. I do not recommend this location.
