Sonic off 51st Ave just south of Baseline has really gone down hill. From some of the servers having an attitude if something is wrong with your order, which has been a regular occurrence. As far as Sonic has always mention their food is fresh and made to order. Well the past few times we have went they have gotten our entire order wrong, from something as basic as a plain cheeseburger request - yet they end up putting everything on the cheeseburger. Which makes me assume they have some of their items on the menu that are premade and kept on the warmer. It also seems that they double dip their onion rings in the frywr to reheat them because they pre-made them. So when they do this the onion rings are dripping in greese and very hard, nothing like they used to be! Also it's pretty nasty when one orders a burger that has lettuce and the lettuce is so wilted and warm as if has been sitting there. Anywhere else that I have ordered a burger and it has lettuce, the lettuce is still chilled when I open it because it was made when I ordered. Also I don't know if something is wrong with their ice machine. Because one used to be able to buy a bag of Sonic ice and now they always say their machine is only making enough ice for drinks that are ordered. Well if the ice machine can't keep up with making ice, one would think they would have it checked or replaced. Especially that this Sonic has been at this location for probably 13yrs. Very upsetting today on cust svc. Order a #6 w/ jalapeño poppers and a dr pepper Corn dog kids meal w/swt tea and brkft burrito. Simple easy right. Got to front order came out within 5min. Awsome great right. Well wrong didn't come out to a #6. Just kids meal w/dr pepper, jalapeño poppers and brkft burrito. Ok not much of an adjustment. Easy fix add a hotdogs for the #6 meal and large dr pepper small tea. Easy peasy. Gave my credit card to the girl to make it even simpler so she don't have to go back and fourth. Well 6 cars behind me in drive thru go by 15 min later still waiting. Finally ask the girl whats going on she said waiting to adjust the pricing in receipt. So also talked with management and they said could not fix our order until the other 6 orders ahead of us where taking care of. Mind u we came when it wasn't busy so why are there now 6 orders in drive thru ahead of us. What have u been waiting for to fix our order when u feel like it and now you have processed 6 other orders ahead now we have to wait. He only offered free fries towards the end for our grandbabies because theres was already cold. We did not accept. If manager knew he couldn't fix receipt until they helped another handful of customers that came after you. Mind you again not just taking there order also processed there orders. He should of just charged us for the rest and thru in the hotdog and drink for cust satisfaction instead of making us wait. P.s didn't get straws for our drinks and only 1 salsa...
