Pho Arcadia — Restaurant in Phoenix

Lackluster is the first word that comes to mind. Unfortunately, I would have to rate my experience as largely unmemorable. Had the food been horrible, at least it would have been interesting. It wasn't bad, it definitely wasn't good. All I can really say is that it was food. We had banh mi and pho. The Banh mi wasnt awful...but I wouldn't really consider it banh mi either. Maybe a boring cousin of banh mi. A culinary participation trophy. A 'C' student. I will try to say something nice, so I will say that at least the food experience was consistent across the board.....the pho was equally uninspired. It fogged the mirror. It showed up. It met the bare minimum, but that's it. I tried to like it. I tried to identify why the flavor (or lack thereof) was so flat. I even asked my wife what was missing. She thought about it for a minute, and then answered 'a lot'. Oh well. I've passed this place many times and always wondered if it was a hidden gem. Now I know. At least I won't wonder anymore. I know not...

First time trying this place. We were excited to see a pho place opened up near home. The young lady, I forget her name, but she was incredibly and I mean incredibly awesome at her customer service skills!!!! For someone who's a teen and not my kid, I've rarely interacted with such a well-mannered and spoken teen that was not my own. Kudos to her parents. The cook, think his name was Juan, super friendly and sweet! Both of them were very welcoming and helpful in ordering. We both had the rolls, which were very fresh and filing. We both also had the shrimp pho, and the broth was amazing. It had flavor, without the toppings. Shrimp was just right as well as the noodles. My boyfriend ordered a short rib pho to go. Had it the next day and it was delicious. We will definitely be returning for great service and tasty...

Came here for a Banh Mi & noodles for lunch over a week ago & I paid for both, then was told they were out of noodles. The girl said they would give me a refund. Money never went back on my card, and they don’t do cash. I’ve gone in and have called multiple times. The girl takes my name, number, and says someone will call me back & no one has. Tried calling again today, and the number is not working at all.

I asked if I could just have an order of noodles being that I’m clearly not getting a refund for a meal I never received - girl said she’d need to ask the manager who wasn’t in that day, and wouldn’t be in the other day until later the evening. Still nothing. Wouldn’t be such a big deal if 1 order of noodles didn’t...
