A lovely little coffee shop in Phoenix. I have been here twice now, and it did not disappoint. They were top ten in the nation for two consecutive years for a reason. A T Oasis is one of my favorite coffee spots in the Phoenix area.
The first time I went, they were not busy, and I got a caramel latte. It was among the best caramel lattes I have ever had. The latte was sweet, and it had a unique flavor as well.
Since they were not busy the first time I went and I had the day off, I had a friendly conversation with the staff members. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. They make you feel right at home. Upon returning a second time with my mother, one of the owners, Abdul, greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. He even remembered me by name. You can tell that they care about ensuring everyone feels welcome in their shop.
The atmosphere is inviting and charming, making you feel as though you are in an old-school shop with its many wall decorations.
Their food items look delicious. I will give them a try on my next visit.
It is not too far from where I live, only about twenty minutes or so. They also have a good amount of parking outside the shop, as well as outdoor seating.
A T Oasis is one of the best coffee shops in Arizona, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a great cup of coffee to...
Read moreCheck out the video below in the posted photos. It gives you a feel of the wholesomness of Aisha & A.T. Oasis. Her café has the best coffee in Phoenix! A.T. Oasis imports fresh green coffee beans directly from Ethiopia (the birthplace of coffee) from the best plantations, and they roast the beans themselves. So your coffee is subtitle, smooth, and you pick up natural flavors in the coffee (like fine wines that pick up the flavours of their environment, so too the Ethiopian coffees that A.T. Oasis serves), the coffee at A.T. Oasis is amazing. If you get traditional coffee ceremony, your coffee grounds are roasted in front of you in a "Menkeshkesh" and prepared in a, "Jebena" a clay coffee pot & served with frankincense & myrr incense & you are whisked back to the old world, as you have coffee the way they did a thousand years ago in Ethiopia. Amazing! A.T. Oasis is a very international Café; Be prepared to hear languages from all over the world inside this quaint café. You will hear any number of Eritrean and Ethiopian languages as well as languages from all over Europe, the Mediterranean, Middle East, Asia Far East, and Native American languages. I love how this café brings all people together. Aisha and her café have enriched my life, may yours be...
Read moreWhat a great first visit me and my GF had! Saw the great reviews and wanted to try it out.
The owner greeted us both very kindly as we walked in. It was heart warming how grateful he was that we were in his shop. The owner also gave us free black coffee samples while we waited for our drinks. My GF does not like black coffee, but tried this and was floored by how delicious it was. Super smooth, not bitter at all.
We both got large iced dirty chai’s, and I liked how there was only a little bit of ice (more drink that way) and the large came with two shots instead of just one. They make their own chai powder, which I’m super impressed by and have never seen anywhere else! The lemon cake was also thiccc, at least an inch wide.
We walked out very happy, as the chai teas were quite literally the best we both had ever had, and got in our car and began to leave. The store owner then came out and stopped us in our car to give us a to-go bag of free samples of their sambusas, which were searing hot and freaking delicious!! So amazed by the high level of service we received, and the quality of the product, we will...
