The two girls (one named Arlene) working the drive-thru today at 4 we're completely rude, unprofessional, and incapable of doing their jobs correctly apparently. When I tried to place my order, all these two girls did was laugh and chat with each other while I spoke, and then asked me to repeat myself.. over and over. Before I left, I noticed that the nacho cheese for the chips was missing. I was made to wait several minutes for them to correct the order, but not before being questioned by 3 people, including the person who packed the order saying "I swear I put it in there". I only got the nacho cheese I physically showed them the emptied bag. When I got home I discovered more problems. I ordered a meal with no tomatoes, Tomatoes came on meal. I ordered a dr. When I asked for access to the bathroom the employee simply shouted the code at me with no other words and no response when I thanked them, only acknowledging me with a scowl and dirty look as she walked away.
Cant believe the terrible service here. If there was another location close enough for my lunch break I wouldnt come back. This...

The food is fast, the menu is creative in the most Taco Bell way possible (who else would think to put Doritos and nacho cheese in everything?), and it hits the spot when you're craving something that doesn’t pretend to be anything more than what it is.
Service is usually quick, the prices are reasonable, and whether it’s your 2am guilty pleasure or your go-to drive-thru comfort food, Taco Bell delivers on its very specific promise: it’s Taco Bell.
One star off because, let’s be real, you don’t walk out of here feeling like a new person—but you do walk...
