I never usually go out of my way to write reviews (good or bad) but the service I received here actually had me in shock by how terrible it was.
Host by the name of Petra (a server told me her name was) she's short, dark hair, doesn't ever smile and think she owns the place - she was incredibly rude to me from start to finish, I have no idea how she still has a job there. As a HOST of all positions. I have been a host at restaurants and bars myself, and I know you are the first WELCOMING face for the customer's experience - not the case for Petra!
When I walked into the the bar, there was no body at the host stand, so I hung around near this area, waiting to be seated. I was looking at to long tables which I was stood next to, which were completely empty, not looking to sit at them - literally just looking at them.
Petra comes over, I smile at her and say "table for 4 please" - she frowns at me and responds "wait next time" then walks off - the worse welcome to a bar I've ever had (and to add to this, I literally was waiting).
She sits me at a table in the middle, and I was due to board a plane for 11 hours so I wanted to charge my phone, I proceeded to plug my phone into a socket on another table, which was empty, and there were plenty of sockets available. Unfortunately, my table had no socket.
Petra approaches me again and says in a rude tone "another customer will be sitting there" as I'm plugging my phone in. I ask her "okay, where can I plug my phone in then?" - she looks at me, ignores my question and storms off.
Stood there in complete shock, I unplug my phone and walk off to my table.
The customer in question which was sitting there, said to me straight after "you can plug your phone there, I don't mind. There's two plug sockets and I only need one"
Following this, me and my family waited for around 15 minutes and no one took our order. We asked a server if we need to go to the bar, which they responded and said "no, someone will take your order in a minute" - they never did.
My mother raised her hand and gestured to Petra, who had just left the kitchen and approached the bar floor where we were sat. She looks at my mum, turns around and goes back into the kitchen. Completely ignoring her.
At this point, we decided to take our service elsewhere.
As we were leaving, we walked past a table who were literally begging servers to take his money payment for his bill, because he needed to go board his plane soon. He was also being ignored.

We came in to eat before our flight, servers were refusing to seat anyone at tables for some reason, we had a party of 4 and were forced to sit at the bar top which is what it is- our server was a male and was SO RUDE. Service was awful and slow, one of us had ordered a BLAT, asked for the bacon to be extra crispy, when cashing out we noticed an extra charge for bacon so we had asked, he than said well you asked for extra crispy bacon, and we clarify that we just wanted the bacon to be extra crispy. He than refuses to take off the charge, I laugh in disbelief because he was incompetent and didnât understand what wanting extra crispy bacon meant and he said â keep laughing honeyâ couldnât believe it. Not sure why he wouldnât wait to make comments until we left. He lost tips on all of our tabs and when we left we told everyone waiting in line that the servers were not seating to not eat there either and they left too because the servers behavior was unacceptable.    Read moreIf I could give zero, I would. Several restaurants are closed due to COVID. I saw the sign that this restaurant was open. When I approached I stood at the hostess stand for 10 minutes. I finally asked another person standing there if they had seen anyone. She said they were taking names. I decided to get to go so I went in the to go lane. I was the only one in the line. The bartender did not acknowledge my existence. I asked the waitress at the POS if I could order to go and she told me of have to wait. After 15 or more minutes the bartender finally came over. I asked how long to get food and she said 20 minutes. So I waited 10 minutes at the host stand, 15 minutes in the top go line, and then was going to have to wait another 20 for a Caesar salad. The waitress and the bartender were rude and dismissive. If this is the friendliest airport someone should talk to the staff at this restaurant. So disappointed especially since I am moving here and this is one of the few options. I walked all the way down to Panera Bread in F gate and was greeted quickly, served efficiently, and the women behind the counter was pleasant. Take notes...
