Hello. I attended the location at 59th Avenue and Bell Rd. On Sunday 5/24. There was a total of 10 people in our party, 5 adults, 1 teenager and 4 kids. We were told the wait was 45 minutes to 1 hour when we arrived. We waited about 1 hour and a half. We watched 3 other parties (not as large as ours) come and go after we had arrived while still waiting to be seated. There was no offer of a menu to look at or drinks to have while we were waiting. We were told there was nothing that could be done but wait for the other party of 10 to leave because apparently there was only 1 table in use for a 10 top. Once we finally got inside and were seated, we looked around and there was PLENTY of space to add other tables to form a 10top. And a section in the corner that was being used for stacked tables and chairs. We waited about 20 minutes for water refills. I drank HALF of my drink before realizing there was something disgusting inside of the glass. I finally got a refill and didn't even want to drink it. We saw employees on their phones. Many bussers walking back and forth, but not a server in sight. Our server dissapeared. I finally got the attention of a busser and asked for our server. Which she finally came out about a minute later with our food. I have never had such horrible service anywhere. I am a server myself and just couldn't believe the way it seemed as if nobody cared about their job ther or serving the customers as fast as possible. Now I understand the whole social distancing thing that is going on right now within the restaurants and having to have a certain about of distance between tables, but this was ridiculous.! We did receive a discount on our bill per the manager, in which we didn't even want to pay, but I feel this whole staff needs a talking to. It just seemed it was more overstaffed for not being very busy and no one seemed to care. Needless to say this was a horrible experience, the only thing good about it was our order came out in a reasonable timeframe. I also ordered a tostada rice and beans to take to my daughter. I walked in paid for the order the cashier helped me carry it out. Delivered the food to my friend got home and gave my daughter her food. My daughter said Mom they gave you a beef taco not a tostada. Then I thought i wonder if they gave me the wrong order. I called PoPos and told them that i wanted to make sure because i had ordered my daughter a tostada and she got a taco. Girl says it was in there i put it in there I saw you check your order. I said you must have me mixed up with someone else I didnāt check my order. Then she gets manager. Managers says send me a picture ! I said you donāt believe me? She said my worker says she put it in there. Ok so i send picture! Then manger says girl says she put tostada and taco in bag . I said you mean to tell me even after sending you proof you donāt believe me! So i said my main concern was that the family meal i paid for was right. Manager says we get this all the time! I said I have been a customer for many years and this is how you treat your customers. I wasnt looking for my money back or anything free I just wanted to make sure that the food that i delivered to my friend was right. The Employee didnāt tell the truth at all. Minutes later a manager shows up a in rude demeanor asking "What is the peoblem?" We continued to express our concern, manager was very upsetting and condescending, we asked for another manager and stated she was thw owner. At this point she continued to state, "That is too much for me to throw away I can bring you a box, I can't waste that much food" we stated that of we are not able to eat it in a restaurant we won't be able to eat it at home. Owner stated, "well I can give you 50% off but I still can't put that in the trash" the owner proceeded to interrupt us by saying, "I have been here all night with a full restaurant and no one has complained about the food" I immediately stated to her that as a paying customer you can not force a customer to eat poorly prepared food just because no one else comolained. At no point did the owner apologize or take ownership of thw situation there was no customer service fromcomplained. The wait staff and hostess were truly amazing very respectful but thw owner really disappointed us in the negative and unprofessional behaviors towards a paying customer.
