I recently brunched at Provision, and overall, my experience was quite enjoyable. With a great location, pleasant atmosphere, tasty food, and friendly staff, it definitely made for a memorable visit. However, there were a few minor points to consider.
First and foremost, Provision boasts an inviting atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The ambiance is warm and cozy, making it a perfect spot for both casual hangouts and important conversations. The establishment seemed bustling with activity, which they have managed to balance well without sacrificing comfort or privacy.
Speaking of the staff, I found them to be incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my visit. It's evident that the team at Provision prioritizes customer satisfaction.
Now, let's talk about the food. While the offerings were generally good, I did find the prices to be on the higher end. For those on a tighter budget, I would recommend trying the bowls and salads as they offer great value for money.
I must mention that I did have a slight disappointment with the pepperoni pizza. It fell short of my expectations and didn't stand out in comparison to the other dishes. Nevertheless, the variety of options available gives you plenty of alternatives to choose from, ensuring there's something to suit everyone's taste.
One noteworthy feature of Provision is the number of people working and enjoying the establishment. This observation correlates with the fantastic atmosphere and attests to its popularity. In fact, it left such an impression on me that I'm considering working from here in the future. The welcoming environment seems conducive to productivity...

The atmosphere and appearance of the building is aesthetically pleasing from the outside & even more beautiful inside. It is 2 story with ample seating on both levels. My only complaints: unreliable internet connectivity (I wound up having to use my phone’s hotspot after several attempts to use the WiFi available) lack of outlets in independent areas (there are plenty at community tables but I couldn’t find one in any independent space upstairs) the temperature inside could have been cooler it gets a little noisy as well, but AirPods generally take care of that
The service was great, my order was taken & fulfilled quickly. They hand out a buzzing disc that alerts you when your order is ready to be picked up at the counter. It’s honestly a really good way to keep the front from filling up with people waiting and allows you to go snag a spot while you wait.
I had an iced chai-oatmilk latte and it was delicious. I also tried the avocado toast which was a little on the salty side, but super flavorful. The avocado was perfectly ripe & the Noble bread was so good. The hot honey was my favorite part.
I stayed for almost 4 hours, hosted a Teams meeting toward the end. I would 100% come back for the food/drinks and to hang out or meet someone. As far as working, I think the concept exists but many elements could use...

Update since the owner reply. I actually did ask about vegan options and I also asked to speak to management to see if I could assist as I’m a long time vegan and myself cook gourmet vegan. Often times restaurants offering vegan options need assistance with ideas or flavoring. It’s a learning curve. Sometimes they are receptive and appreciative. The girl ringing me up said it wasn’t necessary. I asked again before I left and was told there was one vegan pastry and said ok I’ll go next door and he replied ok. I was looking for a meal at lunch time not just pastry.
You mentioned vegetarian options but that includes eggs and dairy which vegans do not eat.
It’s a nice new place to study (as far as atmosphere) although being vegan I can’t eat anything. I left and went across the street. Many cafes don’t offer vegan options but are in the same vicinity of vegan restaurants. Phoenix has one of the fastest growing vegan/vegetarian/veg curious populations (particularly among college students/Californian transplants) and has a higher percentage of restaurants with vegan/veg options. Cafes particularly cater to college students and other educated individuals. So from a marketing stand point not offering vegan choices cuts out a growing population of people looking for more sustainable/healthier/animal...
