I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Heaven, a delightful little restaurant that offers a unique and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt right at home. The restaurant's cozy ambiance creates a warm and inviting feel, making it a perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal.
One of the standout features of Pizza Heaven is the freshness of their food. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and it was evident that the ingredients used were of the highest quality. Whether you're a pizza lover, a vegan, or have gluten sensitivities, this place has got you covered. Their diverse menu offers a wide range of options to cater to everyone's dietary preferences, including tasty vegan and gluten-free choices.
The staff at Pizza Heaven deserves special praise. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. Their knowledge about the menu and willingness to accommodate special requests added to the overall excellent service experience.
The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. However, due to its small and quaint nature, it did tend to get a little warm inside. This could be improved by enhancing the ventilation or providing additional cooling options. Furthermore, the limited seating capacity can be a drawback during peak hours when it may be challenging to find an available table. Additionally, the small parking lot might pose some difficulties for finding parking space during busy times.
Despite these minor inconveniences, my overall experience at Pizza Heaven was exceptional, and I would gladly return for another dinner. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the mouthwatering pizza cookie, which was an absolute delight. The angel bites, covered in powdered sugar, were also a tempting treat that left me wanting more.
In conclusion, Pizza Heaven offers a unique dining experience with its cozy atmosphere, fresh food, and accommodating staff. While the warmth and limited seating may be slight downsides, they are outweighed by the restaurant's many positives. I highly recommend visiting Pizza Heaven for a memorable meal, and I'm confident you'll leave with a satisfied appetite and a smile...
Read more9/11 Update: appreciate that the owner, Patricia took the time and reached out the next day and offered to make things right. The fact that she cared deeply to make sure customers are happy, means a lot. And as a someone who live in the neighborhood, I want good businesses in the community, especially small business owners like this one. I will make a point to try Pizza Heaven again in the near future.
9/10-Trying this restaurant for the first time and was extremely disappointed in the whole experience.!! Called at 6pm to place an order for takeout as their online ordering wasn’t working. Was told by the person answering the phone that their printer was down that’s why online wasn’t working. Placed my order and was told it’d be ready in 25-30 mins. I showed up 35 minutes later, paid at the counter and wasn’t given my order. After 5 mins of waiting around, I asked where my order since it should have been ready 10 mins ago and that’s when a lightbulb went on in the airhead cashier. Apparently, my order was never printed and was never made. Wow, you would think that after paying, she would go check on the order but NOPE. I should have asked for my money back and went somewhere else but was told they’d put my order in asap and it would take 8 mins. Well, it was more like another 20 mins of waiting before it was done. I ordered 2 pizzas and a salad and one of the pizza was not even made thin crust as requested. At this point, I just took the food, asked for the manager’s name and left. Extremely poor customer service. Your staff should have offered a discount for the terrible service. Patty- the manager , if you’re reading this review. I’d like a refund on the carnivore pizza that was not...
Read moreI've been coming to Pizza Heaven for many years now. It was my go to when I wanted great Pizza and my local place wouldn't suffice. I live pretty far from this place it takes me about 40 minutes on a good day to get there. I would always get 1 regular Pizza for my husband and son and a Alfredo sauce one for me and my daughter, I don't really care for regular marinera sauce. I Always made the same order. However today I was told they no longer do Alfredo sauce because it inconveniences the Cooks who have the Alfredo sauce already portioned for the pasta plates. It was 7:30pm they close at 9. It was pretty empty so it's not like in the next hour every one is ordering Alfredo. Alfredo sauce is not hard to make so . Which I have never really seen anyone order anyway. They have vegetarian, gluten free but not white sauce. The waitress didn't really care to accommodate or find a replacement for my pizza. Their regular pizza is not anything to travel for so this will be my last time here. Also they raised their prices by alot. Not a couple dollars which has been normal lately. Wings went from 18.5 to 26.5. Quite an increase. I like supporting local restaurants instead of chains so I didn't mind the travel but today I drove 40 minutes to eat a not so good ceaser salad because my pizza is no more. Really disappointing. I am looking for a place with great white sauce pizza if anyone...
