When we were walking in from the parking lot to this restaurant, we were expecting to walk into a small Mediterranean restaurant. However, once you are inside the restaurant and as the hostess walks you in to your table, you are all of a sudden in a very large, extravagant and elegant restaurant – that somewhat takes your breath away! The ambience was fantastic and the mood was casual and inviting! There are beautiful paintings on the wall from local artists that are for sale. This convinced me that the owners of this restaurant truly cared about the community and are promoting the local talent. To say the food here was fantastic would be an understatement! Everything was perfectly prepared and authentic! Some of the dishes were of Mediterranean ‘fusion’ of either Indian or Southwestern flair. For appetizers, we ordered the Baba Ganoosh, this eggplant dish was prepared with the perfect balance of garlic, and olive oil. The pita served on the side tasted and felt fresh. I ordered their wood fired Norwegian salmon. It was one of the best prepared salmon dishes I’ve had. It was cooked to the perfect doneness with a nice crust all around. You know it was fresh when you can peel the sections of the flesh off with your fork, and those sections just glisten. Every bite was a pleasure on the tastebuds. My wife had the Kofta Beef pizza. It too was out of this world with fantastic flavors in every single bite. The they give you so much food and the prices are quite reasonable too. Our server Melanie was fantastic as well. She was very efficient, attentive and had friendly. She was simply awesome with her service! I also got to meet the manager, Jake, who went from table to table everything was to the customers’ satisfaction. I highly recommend this restaurant and the experience here. I know I plan to visit this restaurant next time I am in Phoenix, Arizona.

Wow! That pizza was as amazing as it looked (chipotle chicken pizza). I don’t ever leave reviews, but I came away so impressed with the food and the menu that I felt compelled to give this company their props. First off, they get it! Times are tough on so many people right now and their inflation conscious menu items and pricing is truly commendable. While some businesses have basically said, deal with it, they are meeting people where they are with these options. I also love that their happy hour is available 7 days a week. Back to the food. I had the hummus trio which is a must for me every time I dine here. I paired that with the baba ganoosh, which was also very good. The pizza though! The pizza! My goodness 🔥. It was love at first sight and once I took the first bite, let’s just say things got very intimate. I was shaking my head at how delicious and rich in flavor it was and for the price ($5.75) man, fast food can’t even beat that and doesn’t come close to tasting as good. The service was also top notch. So again, I never leave reviews, but this time I had to. I applaud ownership for the awareness and the adaptability to create a delicious, healthy, and accessible food menu. I will definitely be back for another session 🙏🏼

If you're looking for a restaurant that offers delicious and healthy food options, Pita Jungle is definitely worth checking out. As someone who is try to eat more healthy but also wants food that tastes amazing, I can say with confidence that Pita Jungle does an excellent job of striking that balance. The salads are particularly impressive - not only are they great portions that leave you full and satisfied, but you don't have to worry about feeling guilty afterwards because they're packed with healthy ingredients. The Grilled Chicken Salad and Mediterranean Salad were both fantastic choices, and I'm sure everything else on the menu is just as good. The staff at Pita Jungle are always friendly, adding to the overall wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try!

Just went to this restaurant yesterday, but have been there are numerous occasions before.

We got there just before happy hour was over, and ordered appetizers.

While the six of us sat there waiting for our meals to be cooked for approximately 40 minutes.my brother said they're getting more angry as the time went by waiting to get her appetizers at least but the waitress never did bring the appetizers, instead we were served the appetizers with the meal moments after he complained to the waitress at the food was taking so long.

When we received the food the dominos, or poorly wrapped, with the rice protruding from many different places from where the grape leaves were torn from the Hasty where they are put together. My brother is a lavash wrap was burnt on the edges of the lavash wrap. As for my lavash wrap, the caramelize onions we're not caramelized at all, in fact they were raw, outer skins of the onion, which I almost choked on.

even the Bud light that I ordered was warm and I had to ask for another beer I was giving a Stella, and that too was not that cold.

The waitress never took our dirty dishes, end never once before and during our meal did the waitress asked us how our food was. In the end when she finally took my plate I stated to the waitressthat my caramelize onions were roar and I almost choked on she didn't seem to give a darn.

I would not go back to this restaurant ever again not only is it extremely noisy inside but the artwork with pictures of demons on the wall is appalling.

If you're trying to relax I want to go out to a decentdinner or lunch this is not the place to go is much too noisy to hear yourself think.

I would recommend Chelsea's kitchen myself,if you want a pleasant atmosphere that is not obnoxious like pita jungle and you want good service and good food, that is always up to par.

The coax at this Peter jungle seem to be inexperienced and not able to handle a 3/4 full restaurant. if I were the general manager running the restaurant, I'd find a new kitchen manager right away, before I lost any more customers.

As for the waitress that was serving us, if she were to expect more than a 10% tip then she better learn how to serve food. Her inexperience show the whole time, she placed my Bud light bottle and a glass and handed it to me, it would be a violation of health code in most Statesoh, but I am sure you're here in Maricopa county they can get away with this kind of thing. Even a fool knows that bottles are dirty and she never be put in a clean glass. and it also if you want a larger tip as to customer if they like another drink right away after they finish theirs, that and check on your tables now and then.

Follow up: Yes I did just go to this restaurant, " For the first time with my Brother, and his children"!

I have gone to many different locations of pita jungle has, and the only one I have ever found to be quiet, and relax to have a lunch or dinner and to be able to speak with someone at your table without having shout at the top of my lungs to be understood it's a location on 7th street and Missouri. Usually the food is good and cook properly but not at this particular location, not at least the day I went.

Need I mention that the waitress was to be precise about the situation...

Wow!!!! The manager is the rudest manager I’ve ever spoken to!!!! Returned a voicemail for employment, the posting I responded to was for “bartender”, but also had postings for servers! I returned the call, and he was incredibly condescending. Told me they don’t hire “bartenders”,

UPDATE 3/9/2024: for a place who doesn’t hire “bartenders” they have MULTIPLE posts on MULTIPLE job posting sites specifically for BARTENDERS!! Not servers who make their own drinks and “train to bartend”, LEGIT bartender job postings with a bartender job descriptions!! So the “we DONT hire bartenders”, was a flat out lie which blows my mind when they reached out to me, I didn’t call and hound them about my application they CALLED ME!!!

I said ok that’s fine (but thinking why are you posting for bartenders). Hes completely rude while explaining they don’t hire bartenders. And I said I understand I’m just returning the voicemail I received, he said that voicemail wasn’t for a job it was for an interview, I again said yes I understand that. Explained my availability was open, except for Tuesday I had school. But today I was taking a make up exam so I would be available tomorrow for an interview. Again RUDELY, says you go to school Tuesday or Thursday. Because today is THURSDAY!!! I said yes I know again I’m taking a MAKE UP exam. But apparently he didn’t understand that still questioning me about it being Thursday not Tuesday. And accused me of lying about having a make up exam because it was Thursday and not Tuesday.

Then he says, ya well we’ll call you if we want you to even come in. Umm dude you already called me to set an interview. But ya sure ok.,,

Safe to say I would never work for such a condescending, rude and disrespectful manager!!! That’s the exact reason why I’m looking for a new job because I already have a manager like that and 3 years of that kind of treatment isn’t worth it. Thank you for not wasting my time!!

I for the life of me do not understand why you would be such a rude person for absolutely NO reason at all, especially when they are returning YOUR call.

The manager here is rude and the most condescending person, especially for someone who works in customer service!!!

the sad part is they really missed out on an amazing employee, with a HUGE following who would make Pita Jungle their new go to place at the drop of a hat!!

Just an idea, maybe find another manager to handle your hiring process, or give him some training on how to speak with people, because he just made it to where I won’t even go into that place as a customer!!! No idea why I was talked to in such a disrespectful, hostile, rude and condescending way from the second I said hello! If this is how he acts on the phone with potential employees he has contacted when they return I’d call I can only imagine how he treats the staff AND...

I’ve probably eaten at pita jungle 1000 times at several locations. Rarely has there been an issue with my order, and the times there has been, they would make it right. But this 1 star is for this location specifically. Someone in the kitchen gave our family food poisoning and I’m really disappointed how the management went about it. Went in there with my sister in law, had a drink and ordered to go for the family. 147$ for 3 of us to get sick. My plate was slopped together in the to go container, and not very good (tikka masala). But it was the raw veggies that made us sick. My mother in law had to call out of work, and my son had to miss school. My sister in law was also very sick with horrible food poisoning. My stomach was a little bothersome but I didn’t have full blown food poisoning because most of the food I ate was cooked.. When I called to talk to management. They basically told me their kitchen is fine, that no one else called in and sorry to hear it.. the first manager (Kayla) told me she would refund me for the salads. She never followed up, so I called that evening to talk to Andres. He told me that the kitchen is clean and he doesn’t understand how it happened but he will follow up. The general manager then called me the next day to inform me that they did in-fact refund me for the salads but since then, my son ended up getting sick too. I assume from the garnish on the pizza. The GM tells me “I can assure you our cooks change our gloves and practice safe food handling” right there I cut him off to let him know that OBVIOUSLY someone isn’t practicing good hygiene and made a mistake with cross contamination. It’s insulting that he would say that to me, because of that were the case, No one would be sick and missing work/ school. I felt so bad because it was my idea to eat there and I spent 150 dollars to get my family sick. I’ll never eat at this location again, and honestly if cooperate doesn’t make this right, I will not eat at any location. I contacted the health board and I will continue to follow up until I can compensate my mother in law for missing work. Pita jungle needs to take action at this location to get management and the...
