We unfortunately had an absolutely BRUTAL repeat experience. This location is NOT convenient for us, and the last time we visited they completely forgot my food (a $18 Caniac Combo). The effort to try and get this resolved, ie no one answers the phone and it took weeks for a manager to respond and offer a replacement meal, was just insane. I asked for a refund and the manager couldn't do that and promised she would "take care of us" if we ever happened to return. I stressed how inconvenient the location was and how disappointing it was to be the one that convinced my family to TRY Raising Canes, to drive all the way over and get dinner, and come home and what I paid for not be in the bag. I had Cinnamon Toast Crunch while they all had luke warm chicken tenders. It was a bummer. But the manager PROMISED. So, it's been awhile, like six months since we've been able to make it in but the manager assured me time would not be an issue and this was the easiest resolution for all. Of course last night when we FINALLY had a chance to return to this location, that manager is no longer there. There is a new manager named "JEANETTE" and she not only runs A MUCH SLOWER DRIVE THRU with cold and soggy food, but she insisted on flexing her attitude that it had been too long for us to even show her an email, let alone her do anything about it. I could not believe it. The harshest and saddest part I could not understand is she did not even want to LISTEN to what had happened, "Hey we had bad service and you totally forgot our food, and your manager promised it wouldn't be an issue, and then I ended up in the hospital for a month so I'M SORRY I didn't get to offer YOU A CHANCE TO MAKE IT RIGHT SOONER!" Are you kidding me? I'm apologizing TO HER for this location and HER ACTIONS. I just can't believe it. I would just move on and forget this place, and I will, but not without calling her out on her lack of hospitality. Read moreRecently went to the new location on 7th st, I ordered a box combo and a caniac both were changed from how it originally comes and both were supposed to be extra crispy. Lucky I checked the order before driving away they gave us wrong drinks, didn’t give us the extra sauce we paid for, didn’t give us extra fries instead of coleslaw for the caniac combo, asked for bobs, the breading from Both meals were coming off so that’s Naked bird not anything close to extra crispy, overall what mainly got me was the sizes of the chicken strips they just seem to get smaller and smaller, also they’re called chicken Strips for a reason right… I don’t think I got strips I got curled up chicken that looked like overcooked shrimp, I called the same night to have my concern resolved, no answer understandable restaurant was going to close in an hour. I called the following day so I can fix this problem now not sure who I was speaking to anyways explained my problem/concern asked for a receipt but I just had the ticket which shows Name, date, time, drive thru, as well as my order. Told me to bring it in just to get 1 of my meals corrected. Personally I don’t think that’s fixing my problem that’s putting a bandage or bare minimum honestly after I had how many issues and went back already to fix a couple of problemS the restaurant had given me with my dinner so I asked to have both remade was told yes but for a cost on my end again after how many dissatisfactions we had with both of our meals it’s pretty ridiculous I still have to pay after going back 2 times now to get the meals fixed. Read moreI just went into the 7th St & Bethany Home Rd location in Phoenix, for the 2nd time in two weeks. And again, my order was shorted. As it is I was in the drive-thru line for over 15 minutes. My gf was driving so I decided to walk in while she sat in line, just to see the wait inside. I went ahead and ordered the Chicken Sandwich Combo w/3 Chicken Fingers and Fries. Again, they shorted me the 3 Chicken Fingers, just as they had last Monday in the drive-thru. Doesn't help to walk-in I suppose. I figured by walking the order through I would least get that ALL that I paid for. Not the case with Raising Cane's. I took my gf there for the first time today because I told her how good the chicken sandwich's and fingers were. It was my second time here. Never again! My gf said she'll NOT be recommending this place to anyone, only mention the story of how customer service can't get their orders filled correctly, after a lengthy wait for all customers, which is why we got out of the drive-thru line, but still got ripped-off ?!?
