Tortas Paquime — Restaurant in Phoenix

Been here 3 times for my lunch break but this last time kinda sealed the deal. I speak Spanish perfectly fine but I order my food in English just naturally. I could tell there's a level of "I don't want to talk to you anymore" disrespect when I order my food in English. What cemented it was that there was no orders in front of mine and I still waited 25 minutes for the torta even though I could see all the workers standing around. Even when they gave me my food, no one could make eye contact or give me a second to say thank you. Feel like I'm being thrown for a loop because the workers saw I speak English and instead of understandably not holding a conversation which is fine and just saying the basics, they didn't even tell me how much anything was, how long it would take, or my number that will be called. They just were very rude and purposely took a while to start making the food. Would be okay if they were prepping or something but quite literally just standing there looking at the tv, not really caring about the one small order that they could just knock out then get back to watching the tv. We ordered a torta cubana and they only put ham in it. We tried to explain to the 2 ladies working it was missing the shredded pork, they kept saying ham was all it came with when the menu clearly had the first ingredient listed as shredded pork. After about 5 minutes of arguing they finally admitted it was missing the main ingredient, the shredded pork. How do you make that mistake then argue with the customer instead of just fixing it? First and last time that we go to this location. We ordered two tortas and tacos to go. There was one chile container for three meals. The pineapple was missing for the pastor tacos which made the tacos not complete and the lady was rude she just sat the order on the counter and walked away. I had to make it a point and say thank you. They should have thanked me for my business because that’s not my job. Please double check your orders when picking up at this location.
