Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Phoenix

Stopped in for dinner yesterday, ordered a burger (w/o cheese) and onion rings. I returned home to find no “burger” with my burger! Of all the things they could have messed up on, the MEAT patty is what was missing!...I went to bed hangry that night. When i awoke the next day, it was still on my mind! So I returned to the same location the next day, with that insult of a burger they tried to serve me from the night before to get my replacement! After explaining to the carhop she then agrees to replace my burger (btw there was no empathy) Deciding that I’m not going to let them make a fool out of me again, i inspect my burger before heading home. & of course, my toppings were missing!!! I push the button to yet again explain the deficiency.... At this point I’m not mad, or upset. I’m just plain disappointed. I just wanted what i ordered, & for it to be made correctly. When the carhop that brought the topping-less burger out to me, seen me pushing the button again, she came over to see what the concern was. I explained that my burger was wrong again!.... She proceeded to tell me it was not! 😯I’ll end on that note... I finally got my burger. But won’t be coming to this...

Staff need training on taking orders. Pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and the order taker said something - don't recall - but I ran down the list of what I needed. Long pause. She then popped back on and said "what do you want". I asked where she lost me, if she got any of my order and she said something like "just tell me what you want". So, I went down the list again (3 items). Then silence. I waited a minute and asked if she got the order the second time. Hello? Finally she comes back on and says "yeah, I got it." Not a thank you, not a please pull forward, not a total for my order. I was stunned and realizing that was the end of the conversation, I pulled forward and hoped for the best. I guess they've stopped putting whipped cream on blasts and milkshakes because there was none to be found. I ordered 2 small blasts and the quantity in the cups was about 3/4 of an inch from the top. Not sure why they use the big domed clear lids because the blasts don't even reach the top of the cups; it just emphasized how 'short' the blasts were. Not in a hurry to return to...

Where's the ZERO STAR SELECTION? I just ordered one of their GRILLED footlong dogs, mozz sticks, and chicken tenders. The hot dog didn't have single grill mark on it. It looked like it came straight from ther package. Gross. The bun was soggy. The chicken tenders were so dry and probably sitting around for a while. I called and asked if the dogs were supposed to be grilled, and the manager said yes. I took the food back there to show them, and to my surprise they gave me a 20 dollar bill, which is what I spend there. That was nice of them. However, when i walked into the EMPLOYEES ONLY building, i was grossed out. The milkshake machine was covered in ice cream, and I saw a worker use it too. The floor was dirty, and the place pretty much looked nasty. When I walked out, I saw a line of cars waiting at the drive thru. I looked at one guy and used my arms to tell him to turn around and get the hell out of there. I was pretty mad. They knew they took a short cut and...
