Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Phoenix

I ordered a chicken maple butter & egg sandwich along with a Treinta water. I received my sandwich very quickly, but not my Treinta water. I talked to the bartender and told her that I ordered a Treinta water. She told me that I needed to wait because there was a line for drinks in front of my order. So I stood there and waited 10 minutes or so to receive water. The lady who was behind me received her green tea so I was starting to get confused. The bartender finally followed up and asked me my name, and I gave it to her. When they checked, they found out that the cashier never put my order in for the Treinta water. The cashier then offered to charge me $1.00 for the Treinta cup or give me a smaller cup for free. The bartender had already poured the water but was waiting for payment. I was baffled because I had already paid and was not trying to get back in line to pay for a $1.00 Treinta water. Especially since I already waited over 10-15 minutes to get water. So I left. Coffee is what you expect from Starbucks about average with not really much flavor. Some like that, I don’t. The service which is usually good at Starbucks in general was terrible at this one. They were busy so mistakes happen. But how you deal with those mistakes separates good service from bad. They missed no ice on one of my drinks no big deal. I asked them if they could fix it and he said he clearly didn’t want to but said with some annoyance that he could scoop the ice out and fill it up but it would be a charge. I don’t mind the charge but I’ve just never really had a place mess up my drink where I have to catch it and then charge me a dollar to fix it and have an attitude about it. Woke up early and slipped out of room to do some make some phone calls. Went though the line the first time and ordered myself a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Tipped a nominal amount. Which i don't normally do. Not that hard to pour a black coffee and put a frozen sandwich into a warming oven. The wife just woke up called and wanted something too. I order the same thing. This time with no tip. Waitress grabs receipt after i sign it and cross out the tip line. She rolls her eyes and looks at it with disgust.

Starbucks, pay attention. It's people like myself that are never going to come back if you expect a tip. Remove the tip option and pay your employees more. It's...
