I was here for a conference. The bar was a huge hangout for everyone! I had a few drinks here. The service was always good. One day when I was hungry and I’d already eaten at Tia Carmen’s twice and Kembara was still closed and the Meritage was having a private event, I decided to order something from the bar. I ordered a chicken Cesar salad and it was really good! My waiter was so nice! He was super busy but always very sweet!

The menu is very limited but when there’s nowhere else to go…

The next night we ordered a charcuterie board to share before dinner. It was good, but I did not like the blue cheese-looking cheese. It’s very strong, smelly, and gave me bad breath. The bread and sauces were delicious, and of course you can’t go wrong with...

Nana had the kids, so we stepped out for an after work cocktail date night. Twenty6 lounge is the bar in the lower lobby of @jwdesertridge and is a casual spot for resort guests, or a couple on a mini date night.

We each enjoyed a couple of drinks while chatting about life. Sitting at the bar was quick service and quiet, but you can also relax in a plush patio chair out in the courtyard. Next time, we will plan better and be sure to play some arcade games in the new space before it...

Great location and loungey feel, but the service is fairly dire. Be prepared to sit awhile before a server visits you, and don't expect anything after that. I visited in the evening and it wasn't very busy, but I finished my drink and waited for my bill to come for 10 minutes. I finally asked the bar tender if I could pay him, and things only went downhill from there. You're better off going to one of the other places at the resort where the service...
