I’m doing my best to not cry right now. Before going in- I googled to see what time they closed, which stated 8pm. Before walking in, I asked if they’d take me for a gel manicure and gel pedicure, to which they agreed. I’m sat down and the older gentleman begins to roughly file my nails to remove the old gel I had. He didn’t remove all the gel and didn’t take the time to pre file my nails before painting them. He was pushing my hands away roughly and then the next Oder lady who I presume to be the own- roughly touches my shoulder telling me to go sit in the pedicure chair. She begins to very quickly and roughly drill at my old polish top coat. The drill kept slipping off my nail and cutting me. I was so anxious, I felt like a shivering and scared little puppy. As I’m sitting there, the workers are taking amongst themselves and asked if I called before coming in because they closed at 7. It took me a minute to realize they were being so rough because they were trying to get out at that time. I am the only customer there so I didn’t feel comfortable saying anything although it took my all to not want to run out. The lady wouldn’t allow time for my toes to soak in the acetone to gently remove the old gel. She very roughly just drilled drilled drilled until everything was forced off. I asked for a tip on a big toe as it’d chipped and she began putting structured gel but didn’t even allow that time to sit before filing at it and it crumbling. The guy didn’t cut my cuticles properly, didn’t cut my nails or even throughly shape them and was working so fast that he wouldn’t allow my nails to sit in the uv light for the full amount of time and each round being a completely different time. Not even the acrylic I asked for is glued completely and properly to my nail. It’s lifted and I got them done less than an hour ago. Because the old gel wasn’t properly removed- it can be seen as a bump underneath the new coats. The paint job on both my hands and toes are sloppy and I both are irritated and red from the drill. This was my first time here and I will not ever think about coming back or referring anyone here. I should have read the reviews beforehand. If time was such an issue, they should have explained that before allowing me to sit in...
Read moreAbsolute worst pedicure, I have ever received in my life. A man who works in there filed my toenails down so thin with the Dremel tool they are soft and tearing. He also nicked me with the Dremel tool, which was painful and cut my big toenail down to the quick, and actually cut my skin so that it was painful for a couple of days. He didn’t file the ends of my toenails so that they are smooth. They are jagged, and I had to file them myself because they kept snagging on my bedsheets. Two of my toenails, including the big toe, were not cut straight across they were cut at a diagonal, not very appealing looking to say the least. I still had dry skin around the edges of my big toes that I had to deal with at home with a cuticle nippers. The polish was so sloppy it looked like I had done it myself or actually worse than I have done myself. it was thick and bumpy, and in one place you could see the teal color left over from my last pedicure next to the pink polish. There is a woman who works in there. I think her name is Belinda?. She is the only good one, but she wasn’t available when I walked in. I will not be returning to this salon near my home. I have tried it a few times since it’s the closest to me and most of the time it’s a bad pedicure, but this was the...
Read moreMy daughter went to get a dip manicure before her Homecoming Dance. It was $50 with tip. Within two days, they had begun to chip off. The nail tech who performed the manicure did the whole thing in about 10 minutes and then walked away and scrolled on his phone. He was evidently not particularly concerned with his work. I called to ask them to redo the nails and I spoke with a man who said he would. He asked me to have her send the pictures and text a phone number he provided. She did. He then told her they only will redo them within 48hrs (this is NOT what he told me on the phone) and he would need the credit card receipt. She is a teen, so she paid cash (and they gave her NO receipt, conveniently, I'm sure). He said he didn't think he could help her. So, when they spoke to me, an adult, they were happy to redo the nails. When they spoke to her, even after telling me they would take care of it, they couldn't help. This is a pretty clear example of an establishment knowing they can take advantage of a young person. We have gone to many establishments and never had any sorts of problems like this. They clearly took advantage of the fact that she was a teenager. They flat out lied to me that they would take care of it. That's such a terrible...
