I was at Sky Harbor airport on a lay over when I was craving a nice Mexican meal. I had about 2 hours before my connecting flight so I stopped to grab a bite to eat. A nice simple menu with the staple of Mexican cuisine, super easy to pick your meal. I got the chicken quesadillas, looked super yummy. The staff was super pleasant & polite, took my order, and insured its accuracy. My meal was out very quickly, hot & fresh. They did have a small bar area, so if you wanted a beer or liquor you could order one. Seating was pretty straightforward, some tables or bar style seating.
