It's kind of sad that I have to feel the need to leave this review for the rest of you to know. While sitting at a red light at 31st ave & Union Hills, several miles away. I place a mobile order. The order I place is a duplicate of a previous order so it's very easy process for me. I've been travel to the freeway travel down to Thunderbird to find a partial road closure so I cannot turn left and go east so I have to go a half mile west of the freeway to 31st avenue then travel through a neighborhood at 25 miles an hour to Greenway then on Greenway a mile and a half to 19th avenue and then 19th avenue down to Thunderbird I put 7 miles on my vehicle it took me about 10 or 12 minutes to make that travel when I walk into the Starbucks one vehicle had just pulled into the drive-thru and no others were waiting the parking lot looks empty I walked inside the store one person is sitting down, we have four people behind the counter and my drinks not ready and it's 4 minutes after when it the app says it should have been done. So I spoke up and asked about my drink all four ladies to take about 10 seconds looking at each other quietly asking about the drink nobody knows of it so then I said okay I'll go out to my truck and I'll get my phone and I'll make sure I confirm the stores where I ordered it. In fact I had ordered it they then printed out my tag put it on a cup and started making my drink I don't get it lots of errors made at mini stores lots of personal issues with employee to customers and not just myself and now they don't even have your drinks made already I only come to the store two or three times a year since they built it and it's the first time I've ever had an issue at this particular location I'm not sure what the holdup was and nobody gave me any form of excuse when my drink was ready they walked up and says here's your drink and I...
Read moreNo longer will be going to this location after a recent visit. Customer service isn’t always the greatest. There’s one particular barista that is slow and extremely rude. She always looks like she hates being at work. They recently hired a new guy and he has no clue what he’s doing. He’s messes up my order each time I order something and he’s there (my order isn’t a difficult one either). Yesterday’s visit was the worst I’ve ever experienced.. the rude barista saw my order and asked the new guy to make it and stated “I don’t like this girl you can make her order.” He messed up the order and overfilled the drink making a mess and gave it to me messy. Today I went in and one of the girls stated someone will be with you. The new guy was there and was arguing with another staff about an order that he messed up on. I waited a few minutes and he continues to argue with staff. I left. I called the store asking to speak with a manager and I got the shift leader. She was kind and I explained the issues I’ve experienced the last two days. She mentioned that she saw me leave this morning and stated she talked to the new guy and he should’ve been at the register. She also said that I could come back to the store and she’d make my order for free. I thanked her but declined. I’m not sure how training works for new staff but it’s clear that the new guy needs more training due to him messing up a lot. Customer service also needs to be worked on at this location. I’ve complained about the rude barista numerous times and was told “that’s just how she is” and was also told that she’s been moved from store to store due to her attitude. I’m a loyal customer at this particular location and will be going to another location that is...
Read moreI take 1 star away for their very high prices that consistently go up. About 5yrs ago and beyond I was paying $2.95 + tax (less than $3.50) for a sausage egg and cheese, and $3.45 + tax (less than $4) for a bacon egg and Gouda. Now I’m paying over $5 for the sausage cheddar sandwich and nearly $6 for the bacon Gouda !! I use to pay $6 for a drink, $10 for a drink and sandwich, or about $7 if I ordered a regular ice coffee with cream or a iced green tea and the breakfast sandwich. Now it’s about $8 for a drink, like $15 for a drink and breakfast sandwich it’s crazy. However, I still leave a high rating because McDonalds is about as expensive for the sandwiches and are disgusting in comparison. A string cheese use to cost $1.15 tell me why in the world one tiny little string cheese is now $2.13!?!? I don’t order cake pops, but holy smokes who would now at that price (almost $4!). Everywhere really needs to bring prices back down, and us as a country need to figure out how to make it happen because everything has become insanely outrageously expensive and overpriced!! Starbucks is a nice treat that I’ve always enjoyed treating myself to. However, I use to spend so much I was a gold member for years, spending plenty more than that took by far, and now I only go maybe 5-10x a year at most. I do want to mention I’ve always had great customer service from all locations although I rarely ask for a remake/ a different drink if try something new and don’t like it, but when I have it’s never...
