UPDATE 11/17/22

I am happy to say after not returning here for a few months. I went back to this location and was pleasantly surprised at the vast Improvement to the service and food quality. I have returned a few times now and the Improvement seems to be consistent. The food was hot fresh and tasty. The order was correct, the service was friendly and fast. I was also happy to hear that the drive thru has returned to 24 hour service. Great job getting things back on track at this location.

I'm so very sad to demote this place to one star. This was my goto fast food as it was close to the house. For 20 years I enjoyed the food here for a late night snacks, breakfast or lunch when I couldn't be bothered to drive further away or didn't want to risk trying un-tested alternative. I use to wait in lines that stretched around the building because this was a location that use to have high standards and great food. The food was always hot fresh and tasty and available 24hrs in the drive thru. Ever since the pandemic the drive thru closes at 10pm and when I have given them many opportunities to serve me the usual tasty offerings they have fallen extremely short. The food is cold the order has been wrong and stale and/or tastes like dirty fry oil and a dirty grille. The drinks have had an essence of the flavor that was ordered. If the franchise owner doesn't get their s**t together very quickly I suspect this location will be closing in the...

The two overnight people working last night were very rude for no reason. My car broke down in the big parking lot next to there's so I walked over to try and buy something to eat and drink while waiting for a 3 hour tow. I had to tap on the drive up windows a few times because I was being ignored and when they came to the windows 1st thing said was I don't appreciate you tapping on the windows. And we are closed. I replied it says open 24 hours but can I at least get a drink then. He said he could only get me a free glass of water till our computers come back online but they can't help me till 7am when the lobby opens. I asked I can't come back up to the windows and he said not without a car. I told him my car is in the parking lot broke down he said so 7am then. They really did not want my money or to help me. If they had of been helpful In anyway i would of even left them a nice tip but all I got was a tiny free cup of tap water and a lot of attitude. This has to be the worst Jack in the Box in the valley. The service is painfully slow, you can't understand them and they can't understand you on the speaker in the Drive-Thru, the sandwiches come out looking a mess, not the least bit appetizing, and I never get a receipt. They have a number posted to call if you don't get a receipt, but nobody answers or calls you back. The final straw, the reason I won't ever go back to this Jack in the Box, over the weekend I got a strawberry shake, when the guy went to put a cherry on top, he picked up the Cherry without having a glove on his hand. When I said something to him about it he told me I was wrong, that he did have on a glove, but I know what I saw. I'll never go back there because who knows where his hands have been, or what they've been in. At the very least he's been handling money, which the last time I looked is not very clean.
