Edit to respond to Owners lies about my service:
The smell when I walked in was NOT aromatic as you stated. I have been to Pho places that smell good your place smelled stale definitely not aromatic and full of spice
You did not make ANY attempt to clean any utensils as I did not ask for help only a glass of hot water which AGAIN was dirty and had debris all in it
As for the raw meat mixed with the cooked. I asked for raw meat as that is how I experience Pho in the past with cooking the meat in the hot broth. Not the tepid dirty water you served me calling it Pho
4 As for the "shrimp roll" fiasco yes after the second time I confirmed I wanted #7 but the problem was #7 wasn't what was described in your menu when it came to the table
5 Bottom line your restaurant is TERRIBLE. You even had a contractor there working on an issue for you to be "compliant" What health code issues are you violating?
NOBODY SHOULD EVER EAT HERE AND I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER SINCE YOU WANT TO TRY AND JUSTIFY THIS BAD BEHAVIOR!!!!!
This place is NOT GOOD AT ALL
When we walked in the smell was not inviting but the reviews made me push through
BIG MISTAKE
The Pho broth taste like store brought beef broth that was microwaved It had ABSOLUTELY NO DEPTH OF FLAVOR
The service was terrible and we were the ONLY people in the place
I ordered fried shrimp rolls and Pho with beef and sirloin
They brought the Pho first and there were too many noodles and not enough broth and the broth was NOT HOT
They put raw and cooked meat on the same plate
They did not bring our rolls and when I asked about them they brought SPRING ROLLS instead of egg rolls like we ordered
The utensils were all dirty and the table condiments were dirty as well
I asked for hot water to clean my utensils and the cup of hot water they brought was dirty as well with all types of floaters in it
Finally they brought out “shrimp rolls” which I can only describe as a JOKE and I sent them back.
Overall don’t waste your time or money .50 ramen from the grocery store will get you the same vibes as this place
Disappointed...
Read moreThe Pho was really good and the broth was tasty, the spring rolls looked like Chimichangas 🤗 they were super tasty and the peanut sauce is the best I've had. My nephew had the Curry Chicken bowl served with Rice on the side, it smelled amazing and being me I asked for a taste and it was creamy perfection, wow I'm trying that next time.
After a 2nd and 3rd visit, 2nd visit I had the Chicken Curry and it was life changing moment, this Curry flipped my World, I had never cared for the Curry and Christ, you must have it and that Peanut Sauce and Spring Rolls, life is good here, best Curry Ever 5 star and for the $ you cannot ask for more. 3rd visit had those heavenly Spring Rolls and that Peanut Sauce that I could eat with anything, I has the Pho with meatball, tripe and beef👌 wow, the broth was better than 1st time, I'd appreciate more meat but I'm all animal grrrr, once I prepared it and let the herbs sit on the broth, I devoured the huge Bowl like a rabid animal, I will say PHO VN is the real deal and quite possibly the best Vietnamese restaurant in Phoenix, come and you...
Read moreI'm not very judgmental when it comes to restaurant reviews, but I felt the need to leave a review for this place. I called to make a pickup order, and when I told the lady on the phone that I couldn't understand what she was saying, she hung up on me and refused to answer the phone again. So I went into the restaurant and placed my to-go order, and she kept rolling her eyes at me when I would ask questions about the spring rolls or the Vietnamese cheesecake. A lot of different restaurants serve the spring rolls with different ingredients, so I asked her to take the mint out of the spring rolls for me, and she paused for a second as if she wasn't going to be willing to do that for me. The only positive thing about this place is the low prices, but I will not be back, soley based on their customer service. It really was that bad. It made me feel extremely...
