I was just at the starbucks located at 3175 E Thomas Road 101, Phoenix,AZ 85016 and bought two green tea lemonades and two ham and cheese croissants. The croissant had rotten ham in it. It looked like it had some white stuff on it that looked like mucus.
I went back to the store to let them know and I was able to show Mariaanna. She then claimed she is a manager and she then showed another employee the croissant and they both started attacking me verbally saying that, that's what it is suppose to look like because of the melted cheese. I know it was not melted cheese, I have had ham croissants from starbucks many times in the past and something was wrong with this one. From the first bit I felt so disgusted, I took a big bite out of it and threw up non stop but the way i was treated was even more disgusting. My 3 year old daughter ate a croissant as well before I even noticed what I was feeding her. Many times before we had these croissants and I didn’t know this store was untrustworthy and in need of food inspection. I trusted this store with my health, as a pregnant woman, and my daughter’s health.
Then I was offended when they thought I was just trying to get free things or my money back. If my daughter or I get sick those things will not fix it. I did not need to be treated the way that I was. I even tried to be quiet about the situation so they could handle this quietly and she decided instead that I was automatically wong and this problem did not need to be addressed. I was not treated with the respect that I showed them when I walked in.
Honestly starbucks is the last place I would expect to be treated like this. I have always raved about your customer service but I left in tears and felt verbally attacked by two employees being pregnant it was a lot more stressful then it needed to be. I do not appreciate this at all and I hope that something is done about Mariaanna and the other employee who thought...
Read moreI want to share the appalling experience my husband had with this location today. He works for the post office and stops in for his daily fix he orders through mobile pick up while out on his route (in postal uniform). Today, he walked in after getting the alert on his phone that his order was ready; however, it’s not on the counter so he decides to wait. And wait he did. 10 minutes later, still nothing - no one on staff checking in on him either. After seeing someone order at the counter and get their drink right away, he finally goes to follow up. The guy he spoke with hesitated after he showed him the phone order, and said he needed to get the manager. This manager insisted on seeing the phone order before she then proceeds to fetch a bag that was stowed away in the back (out of customer reach), and hands it over with no explanation. This struck my husband as odd as he has never had a mobile pick up completed in this fashion — at this location or anywhere else. The more he thought about it through the day, it occurred to him that the only reason they would have done this is because they assumed he was picking up orders that didn’t belong to him - in other words, assumed he was just there stealing other people’s orders. My husband wanted to just let this go, but I am outraged on his behalf and want to call out the behavior of the staff here. He is a regular at this location and gets this kind of treatment?? At the very least, have the decency to communicate and check in on your customers. He would not at all have had a problem showing the transactional proof on his phone multiple times, if needed. Other Starbucks locations he’s been a regular at while in uniform have ALWAYS taken the initiative to welcome him by name every single day he stopped by. Such a disgrace by this location — do better in your treatment of this group of society’s...
Read moreNormally when I go to Starbucks I always get super friendly people that help me and they are always full of energy. It makes the visit pleasant. Today when I pulled up and got my order taken right away you can tell that the person working behind that headset hated being there and is giving absolutely no effort although that's what they pay her to do. I even mentioned it to my partner while she was taking our order how bored she sounded. I ordered and she took my order with some attitude and everytime I would order something new it seemed like she was bothered by it, I hate that. Thanks to the customers you have your job. No customers= no sales= no hours. Anyways I just wanted to get my food and leave. So I asked for a brownie because Starbucks has the best brownies. She said she would check, than said yes they had some. I proceed with my order. Got to the window, by the way her name Breanna. She charged me, she gave me the wrong drink I let her know so I gave it back and they started to make my actual drink. Once I got to my destination I noticed I didn't have the brownie. I look forward to that brownie the most so I was disappointed. I was going to look on my receipt to see if they had charged me. Turns out she never even gave me a receipt so perfect right? I called the location turns out she never charged me for the brownie, 😑 when she even went and checked to make sure they had some. This was my worst visit to this location. Thanks Breanna for not doing what you're...
