Starbucks — Restaurant in Phoenix

While I've been enjoying the convenience of this location and it's drive thru on my way to work, I don't think I'll be returning. I've been ordering pumpkin spice white mochas for a few years now when they're in season and have purchased them at many locations. This morning I went back and forth with the gentlemen through the drive thru while ordering. I did not intend for my drink order to turn into an argument but it ended with him letting me know that I was wrong and there was no such drink. This was by far the worst starbucks experience ever. Horrible iced mocha latte, luke warm , few ice cubes , barely mixed. Also orderd hot chocolate that was not hot by any means. Baristas not friendly, slow as anything. Fyi, before you spend your hard earned money. Baristas need more training. Very unhappy...

Worst Starbucks order ever! They need to retrain their employees. I got a mocha cookie Frapp and it was nothing like I normally get. It had fat ice chunks in it and it was almost white. Not dark brown....
