Came by this Starbucks on 05/11/23 @ 7:20am. About 10 cars in the drive-thru, so I parked and went inside. Only one lady in line in front of me - she ordered one drink and some food. I specifically came in today to use my points before they expired. I ordered one drink (as is - no adjustments) and asked the cashier to apply my points. I handed her my Starbucks card, she ran it and gave me the receipt. I looked at the receipt and she DID NOT apply my points - she just deducted the full dollar amount of the drink. I asked why she didn't use my points like I had asked - she said "oh, let me try and fix that". There were people waiting behind me and I didn't want to hold them up, so I told her to forget it. She was nice enough but did not seem to know what she was doing - I don't think she had a clue about how to apply the points. Anyway, the lady in front of me waited about 5 minutes, then got her drink and food. I sat there another 15 minutes and finally asked where my one drink was. "It will be right up". A few more minutes and I received it and left. While I was waiting, I counted at least 14 mobile order drinks and 6 packages of food sitting on the counter. It was a mess! People coming in for their mobile drinks were handling multiple drinks, trying to find which one was theirs. Everybody working was hustling, but this place was an unorganized mess. ...
Read moreToday, I placed my order through the app to pick it up since I work in the same plaza as this location—it’s just a 5-minute walk for me. I was pretty surprised to get there and find the lobby closed. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, either. Last time, I tried walking through the drive-thru during my lunch break, and an employee yelled at me, assuming I was loitering or something, which wasn’t great. But today was worse. I’d already lost 20 minutes of my break, and when I knocked on the door for my order, the barista wouldn’t open it. I gestured that I was on foot—no car—and she still pointed me to the drive-thru. It was frustrating because I don’t have a car, and this is supposed to be a quick option for me. I order through the app for convenience, not to deal with this. If you offer in-app ordering and the lobby is closed, please close ordering ahead so people aren’t stuck in this situation. Honestly, it’s making me rethink the customer service at this place. Read moreBeen going here for quite some time I get my Starbucks once a week always get the same drink venti strawberry acai refresher w/ heavy cream, strawberry puree, no water. and they always make it right. been to other locations and just doesn't taste the same and they don't know how to make. this is why I come to this location. Anyways long story short bad experience the last two times I've been here order my same drink taste nothing like what I usually order. Taste very sour, and I know their was no heavy cream in it whatsoever. had a coffee taste to it. yuck!!! I dislike coffee!!!! 🤮And looked very sloppy and watery looking. Starbucks Is expensive!
