I think itâs time to speak about this since itâs been on my mind, and like the great musical artist âMoneybagg Yoâ says: âI just looked at my wrist, I got time today.â I understand entirely how hard it is to get up and go to work, especially at a fast-food/quick delivery establishment. I know MOST of the workers are there to give it their best. Trust me, I appreciate it when I see it. However, weâre all consumers and we all know how important it is to not only get great service but also get what you pay for. While this is not strictly a Starbucks Inc. issue, it is the place where I happened to run across this situation today. I personally believe that a great morning is crucial to having a great day and spreading that positive energy you feel throughout the day. For me, part of that great morning includes a coffee 90% of the time. While I often opt to make my own at home, there are times youâre on the go and need one quickly. This was one of those times. I ordered two coffee both including a substance commonly known as âCaramel Drizzleâ. Now, this is not a free add on. When I got my order the add on was not included and the ice portion was poor at best, but that irrelevant at this time. The reason why this tickled me the wrong way is because, while the workers do have other people to help, I feel it is important to take pride in providing the CORRECT order even if your service is lacking. This one error sets forth a chain reaction believe it or not. This one error caused me to take time out of my morning to go back in and get what I paid for (otherwise Starbucks Inc would be stealing from me). Taking time out to do that, then causes me to catch a red light I should not have. Stopping at that red light delays me 2 minutes, which then causes me to see a live car accident that then delays me 18 minutes. After that 20 minute delay, my morning is ruined so I go home and strike my wife. After I strike my wife, she calls the police and GUESS WHOâS GOING TO JAIL TONIGHT?    Read moreI always do mobile orders at other starbucks locations and the service is beyond amazing, I go to the 24st and baseline one usually, but the 19th ave and southern is closer to my work...so I put in my order to get my drinks there as itâs on the way. Unfortunately however the baristas NEVER have the drinks ready on time. I always have to wait 10-15 minutes for 2 simple drinks while others in front of me order 4+ drinks...Despite being a âmobile orderâ. Today, I had a terrible experience with the MANAGER herself and I wasnât going to originally put in my review, but I want others to know to avoid mobile orders with this Starbucks location. Today, I drove to the Starbucks location and once again, my drinks were pushed back not ready despite it being 15 minutes since I first put in my mobile order...when I got to the window I made a complain regarding the mobile orders always being late, and the manager had a attitude right off the bat putting a excuse on my drink, stating it was âMy Faultâ that I did not specifying if it needed water, in the mobile order I DIDNT ask for it and put in my options like i always do with other locations with no problem, she gave me a snarky âWell now I know thenâ and a fake angry âthank you â handing me my drink in a rude manner...I was driving to work and then I notice she didnât even put 2 scoops of strawberries... even the sticker had the order including them.    Read moreThis Starbucks is always full. But this is the only Starbucks near me . I never have an issue with this place , I been a customer for so long .However , to be honest the drive thru is always full in the mornings and they takes a awhile . What I been doing is i been getting down and i order inside instead of doing the drive thru because its always full and I don't have enough time to wait in the drive thru because of work. Today 11/18/2020 I drive to Starbucks (is out of my way to work) to get a coffee . As i get there i see that the drive thru line was almost to Lowes . I get down like i been doing and as i get there i see that to place an order is all blocked(close)So as am walking in they ask me if i am picking up. I mention "no, am here to order". Then the lady responds "its only online orders or drive thru . We are short staff and are not taking orders in today." At that point i feel like i was turn away. I wasn't able to get my coffee. One because i don't have the app and don't have a debit card to pay (only cash). Two , the line for the drive thru was super long and I didn't have time enough time to wait . So disappointing !!
