Starbucks — Restaurant in Phoenix

Basically I was treated terribly at your store 53805. This is the store located at 8738 Emerald Dr. I had an employee tell me that I could only get one refill a day. This is not true and though I was made to asked the employee Lexi over and over again to explain why she was saying I could only get one refill when the employee knows that I come in the store nearly every day. She eventually asked another supervisor to come over when she Mary confirmed that I was able to get unlimited refills... After arguing with these two ladies for nearly ten minutes I asked to be compensated for my time wasted only to have to pay for my refill and be offered nothing extra in a genuine customer service fashion. I usually only make jokes and spend money over hours lengths of time enjoying Starbucks. The way that I was treated was biased and unfair. I need to complain largely on this event and am sure to follow...

I stopped by this Starbucks on a weekend a couple of weeks ago to grab a quick latte. I stood at the counter for several minutes and realized the “employee” was also standing there doing absolutely nothing and certainly not acknowledging me. I asked if they were ready and they basically grunted. I ordered my latte and this person continued to deliver the greatest lack of social skills and self-awareness I’ve seen in years. How is this extremely rude, unprofessional person employed?! Surely, you can find anyone from the street who would be better capable of interacting with humans and representing...

I’m an avid Starbucks enthusiast, however, this particular location unfortunately fell short of my expectations. Despite my high hopes, the latte I ordered was a major letdown, resembling water more than coffee with milk. The absence of that signature coffee flavor was truly disheartening. To make matters worse, the barista appeared to be battling extreme fatigue, displaying absolutely zero energy throughout the entire interaction.
