Subway — Restaurant in Phoenix

Came into this location the other evening to pick up an online order. I expected to pick up all three drinks expect one drink was not in stock. The associate working behind the counter was very rude and gave extreme attitude when addressing the situation. She smacked the counter and tapped her fingers. She also kept saying it was not her problem when I asked where the drink was that I had ordered. I told her I expected to get the drink I had ordered and did not receive it. I hadn't been to Subway in forever. A friend of mine gave me a Subway gift card!

I came here after ordering online. When I got there, the person working tried to charge me for 2 sandwiches on a BOGO offer. He literally argued with me over it.

Then I really screwed him up and gave him a gift card as payment. He said he didn't know how to do those, and I had to either pay cash or card.
