Wanted to give this place a try because for one the concept is pure gold. I'll give them that. But the service and quality of the food could 1000% be better. We came in this afternoon for lunch and couldn't be more disappointed with the experience. I will start by saying the wings are spot on delicious. Good size, good amount of sauce and great flavor. Kool aid is just right as well. My lady got the chicken Shawarma plate and literally every other bite of the chicken was more chicken fat than actual chicken. She couldn't even eat it because it was so much fat left on the meat they claim to skin and clean themselves. Now let me get to the burger smh. If they would have put some salt and pepper on the patties it would have given it a better taste instead of tasting like unseasoned cooked meat. I also asked for GRILLED onions, GRILLED mushrooms and GRILLED peppers, they apparently don't know how to grill vegetables properly. My lady then went to the counter to get a refund for a burger I literally only took 2 bites from and a damn near full chicken Shawarma plate. We were told no by some dude who must have been the manager. We expressed to him the displeasure of each item we wanted a refund on and his responses were as if he didn't care. Gave some well that's not my fault you didn't like it responses. We definitely could have responded in the same ways but I'll just let this review take care of that. We won't be back. You treat the people that support your business with some respect. I promise is goes a long way. A refund of what maybe 20 bucks wouldn't have killed your establishment when we spent over 50 bucks on the order...

I recently had the chance to visit Phoenix to catch up with some family, and after an exhausting flight, I was looking for a place to grab a bite near the airport. I ended up at this hidden gem, and let me tell you, it was a pleasant surprise.

The restaurant had a relaxed vibe, perfect for unwinding after a hectic day. I ordered the Philly Affair and the fried shrimp, and both dishes did not disappoint. The Philly Affair was loaded with tender, flavorful steak, melted cheese, and all the classic toppings you'd want in a Philly sandwich. The bread was perfectly toasted, just the right balance of crunch and softness, holding everything together without getting soggy. Being from Wisconsin, I have the highest standard for cheese, and I must say, the cheese they use for their sandwiches is outstanding, and that means a lot coming from a Wisconsinite like myself

As for the fried shrimp, they were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a nice seasoning that wasn’t too overpowering. The batter they use is heavenly; it must be some sort of secret family recipe because I’ve never tasted anything like it. It came with a side of their house-made tarter sauce that complemented the shrimp nicely.

If you’re in the area, especially near the airport, I’d recommend this spot for a satisfying meal. It’s not just the food that stands out—it’s a casual, welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel like you're enjoying a local favorite. Would definitely return next time...
