Terrible customer service. Walked in and the lady behind the counter had headphones in. She didn’t say one word to us. Barely even acknowledge we were there and then asks for a tip. $6 for a scoop of gelato and terrible service is not even worth it. We felt very unwelcome here. This is hands down the best ice cream shop in Scottsdale. We had pistachio, chocolate, and coconut ice cream. I doubt you’ll ever find pistachio ice cream this rich, with no artificial colors, anywhere else. It tastes exactly like what you get in high-end ice cream shops in Italy. The chocolate is the same—real cacao, not overly sweet, with no fillers to mask the flavor. The menu is tastefully designed, and the quality is superb. This is such a great addition to the Cave Creek Tatum, Cave Creek area, North Phoenix, Tatum ranch area. This is the best gelato in the area. Such a cute little place, always nice and clean and the flavor options are in rotation all the time so you always get to try something new and different when you go in.
